really helpful staff, bilingual even trilingual, which is nice for me as a francophone. But the main point was that they had a wonderful selection for someone who is trying to buy several gifts for different people. J'ai beaucoup apprecier la qualite et la grande selection de bijoux et chapeaux.

Long overdue Review for this lovely boutique!!! I was shopping there probably 3 years ago and I was going through a health crisis at the time but fortunately I am in a better place today and I was looking for their shop again as I am planning to go back this summer! Fabulous just fabulous customer service, Beautiful one of a kind Artisan Jewelry! I purchased a few beautiful pieces from them at that time!! I wish they are closer to me as I live in Toronto!

I love the necklace I got from Eclection. It is tough shopping online for accessories, but the owner helped me pick the right piece and once I made a decision the necklace arrived to me in Toronto in less than a week. Great products and fantastic service. Will definitely be purchasing more in the future!

I have been shopping at this fantastic cozy little shop since it’s inception. Over the years Sue and Khalia have continued to add interesting local artisans to their collection and whenever I travel back to Ottawa I make it a point to drop in. They have awesome hats and scarves and some really interesting jewelry so it’s a great place for one of a kind gift ideas. Plus, they always welcome me with warmth and affection and go out of their way to help me find the perfect accessory. I live out of the country so am really looking forward to their online launch!

Friendly service: staff take the time to explain where, who, how accessories are made; most products are unique, hand-made pieces by local artisans (jewelers, accessories, hats); high quality items at surprising affordable prices; conveniently located in the Byward Market… My now go-to place for women gifts. I bought, among other things, a handmade hat made by the 86-year-old owner and her daughter, and a pouch made of recycled cat food bags made by their friend in Thailand. In three words: Unique, affordable, friendly.

Such a great store! There is more than just clothes. They have a marvellous selection of hats and an interesting array of jewellery. There are many small collections of artists-designers work and one can spend a long time just taking it all in. Very helpful staff too.
