I have an absolutely wonderful experience every time I visit this location. I live in North York, and both the Yorkdale and Fairview location are closer to me. However, I drive 25 minutes specifically for this location because of their incredibly knowledgeable staff. All the staff know their products extremely well and recommend the appropriate product based on your need. They are also very friendly and make you feel like you are a part of the Saje family the moment you step into the store.

The retail representative who helped me was Savy. She was amazing from the start. She was friendly, and very knowledgeable with the products. I found that the atmosphere at the store was very warm and inviting. The workers were all there to help you with any questions. I guess it's all in the diffusers with the wonderful oil scents, its just so serene to walk in. As a bonus I also got a hand exfoliation which left my hands refreshed and tingling. Overall, if you can get to Sage in Vaughan Mills you need to go! You won't be disappointed.

Went there looking for a gift for my husband and the employee that helped me was very knowledgeable, super friendly and helpful. I had such a great experience from beginning to end. Can't wait to bring my husband in!

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. However this store was so small and didn’t carry the full line of products. If you drive 30 minutes north to Newmarket I got amazing and helpful service and the store had every product available.

Came in looking for a mother’s day gift, and all the staff was super receptive and amazing!!! One of the best customer service there is. Monica was also helping me pick out a gift and she’s the best! Definitely worth the visit to Monica and the whole staff!!

I’m always welcomed and offered to try a roll-on the minute I set into this shop. For a busy mall, it’s a calm place to go with wonderful smells.They carry an amazing array of natural oil blends and have nice knowledgeable staff that can attend and suggest products even for those with allergies or dislikes in scents.Yes, you do pay a premium, but I’ve never had a product that I’ve bought that felt low quality at all.I just bought a few things for a trip and even the cashier was supporting me purchases. Can’t wait to use them all.

Probably my favourite Saje store to shop at in the GTA. Very helpful staff and always warm welcoming. My wife loves all their products so I tend to naturally navigate to Saje for her gifts.

I came to this location for a refund and the sales seemed really persistent on me getting an exchange instead.I understand that the sales is doing that for the best interest of the company but I told her my reason for returning .Long story short , I checked my credit card statement and noticed I didn't receive any refunds. I had other transactions prior and after that return" and it had been at least over a week
