We got our winter tires put on, and they did a great job. Very accommodating and quick to see us. Breanne at the front desk was really helpful and pleasant to deal with. Definitely recommend them!

Al is very knowledgeable when it comes to vehicle's. And is extremely helpful whether you are just asking questions, asking for his personal experiences on certain vehicles and he is always willing to give a quote to let you know how much prior to touching anything. I took my truck there to have it repaired, it didn’t start, The lady in the front called me and said she wouldn’t let my truck go with out new brakes and rotors, it went in because it didn’t start! Not to mention the brakes were just done! Any who 4 days later lady calls me says it’s $2600 for brakes and a fuel injector. Drove the truck home next day the truck didn’t start! When asked why I got attitude and hung up on! Horrible! Never will I recommend this company to anyone!

We were travelling on the 401 and had a tire issue. This garage was close by and we had them check it. They did the check immediately and found the problem. They provided a quick fix when they probably could have taken advantage of the situation. Very refreshing to still find integrity in this business.

The staff is great, helpful, knowledgeable, kind and thorough. They'll tell you like it is, and let you decide what you're up for fixing if it's not a safety issue or an immediate danger. They will tell you how urgent it is without the greed. They just want the customer to be happy and safe. Service is fast, they'll stand behind their work and will accommodate even a late night drop off by tow truck. Great place to deal with.

First time using these guys and I had a great first experience. Hazel was nice and explained what was wrong with my car and Al is a Chatty Cathy and down to earth. Got 3 things fixed on my car and they were done within 90 mins and prices are definitely fair. I’ll be using them going forward!

I would highly recommend this garage. Great people, great service and competitive pricing. After I changed my own spark plugs my SUV was running rough and several trouble lights were on in the dash. I spoke to Hazel and she said come on down and Al will have a look at it for you. He fixed the problem, cleared the codes and when I asked how much for the service he said I'll catch you next time." This was the first time I met Al or Hazel. When I needed my timing belt changed I felt very comfortable that I would get great service and a competitive price. I wasn't disappointed."

I've been taking my vehicles to Al Wright for 20+ years and haven't had any complaint about the pricing, workmanship or services provided. Al is an OUTSTANDING mechanic, and doesn't try to scam you to spend extra on parts you don't need. His receptionist Hazel is very resourceful and will help you find the parts you need at the best price around. I've never seen a customer walk out unhappy, and doubt I ever will. Thanks for the many years of keeping my family safe!!

Terrible experience with Wright. My fiance was overcharged and was never informed about his charges in advance until he found out that he had incurred a charge of $800 for the engine leak. Even though Wright is not a rip off nor a fraud as my fiance once regretfully said, Wright's best advice would have been appreciated with regards to our vehicle. My husband already spent 4500 buying his car, another 3000 to take care of the problems and over 4000 for insurance. We all know how hard it is to maintain an old vehicle as a student paying his tuition. When my husband called them over the weekend they were in a meeting, and I told my husband and he stopped and was patient until he was contacted. Al acted with ego like he did this work for free. Any person with a heart understand how important it is in winter to have a car for a family. My husband asked for some time to pay the balance off, he was told that he is dishonest and he is a nasty person. I do not appreciate and do not forgive my husband's kindness to this shop. He even went there an hour earlier and paid the balance off because I know what a person he is. He has never been dishonest with a person's penny. Instead of considering his feedback, Wright treated my fiance very poorly and even threatened him about his vehicle and about him being in control and screamed at him. How dare you Al?. His partner actually kicked my husband out. This is the worst customer service. Only the auto business gets away with this. Nobody can afford to do this in any other lines of business aside from the auto repairers. This was definitely not professional and we will never ever go to this shop even if our car was completely broken down on the side of Colonel Sam. The monopoly of laborers will not last forever. I am proud that my fiance can take care of his vehicle now. The shop caused even more problems because now we are noticing the fans and the heater has problems since this was done. Wished I could give Wright a 0 on this review. I will never forget how badly my fiance was treated by both the wife and the husband.
