If I could give 0 stars, I would. Company advertises jobs on Facebook Marketplace, doesn't acknowledge my application and bombards me with requests to review and recommend their company on multiple platforms. When I mention that my only dealings with them were a job application, they sent me an application to be part of a clinical trial. I found this to he insulting, because if they had bothered to go back to the beginning of the conversation on messenger, they would have read that I applied to be a Business Development Representative and a Participant Recruiter-----not to take part in a trial myself.

I have participated in multiple studies at KGK and every appointment has been great. They are always ready for me when I get there. Always friendly and ready to answer any questions I have. I'm always completely informed of what will happen at each visit and how long each will be and the staff are always friendly, smiling and fun to interact with. This is a great way to earn extra $ and help with their research. I would highly recommend this to anyone who would like a little extra easy cash!!!

We participated in a children's study with my son Mason. The entire experience was excellent. Very smart, polite, professional nicest peopleever! Amazing way to make extra money! Always on time waiting for us. Enjoyed it !

I had a bad experience from the staff there. I participated in a study which needed so many bloodworks. My veins are not good and i informed the cordinator regarding that. He suggested Roshaan to do the blood work. She has done an awsome job. I didnt even feel it. Next day i asked for her and they said she is busy. Another girl poke 2 times and finally Reddy done it. It should be appreciated if you guys can send some one very confident and experienced to do bloodwork, especially with tiny veins.

I have done some studies with KGK, the staffs and compensation were pretty good. Phlebotomist are very nice especially Sreeja. She has a majical hand and a professional touch in finding veins and poking with a smiling face always. Some Coordinators are very nice too..

I have done one study and everything was great. The problem i have is how much time is wasted to get enrolled. You fill out the survey, then you answer the same questions over the phone, then same questions at appointment. When results of bloodwork are the deciding factor on enrollment dont make people wait in a 3 hour appointment. When people are fasting the blood work should be the first thing done. I waited 15hrs before eating. Just do blood work and call them in to go further. Also an ecg should not require you to be half naked and remove all your jewelry. It should take 10 min not 45. I did enjoy my first study but was very upset wasting half of my day at an appointment for no reason. Not sure if i will go back and have more of my time wasted.

I have called and left 3 different messages. No one will call me back. It has been almost two weeks since I was promised I would receive payment for my participation and I am still waiting. This is incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable.Update: finally received funds on my prepaid card.

I have been participating in studies from pretty much the time they opened and can say that the staff are extremely professional as well as being some of the nicest people I have had the privilege of interacting with. The studies are interesting to participate in and the coordinators really go out of their way to educate you whilst keeping you at ease and in your comfort zone. I shall keep participating as long as I continue to meet the criteria.

Waste of time and money, they don't tell you until you get there all the requirements of the study and so you can go there and still not qualify for the study. Worst of all yet they may ask you to purchase stuff for the study and if you don't qualify your out the money for what you bought, parking and the time you've wasted.
