Do not, under any circumstances, waste your time and energy going to this doctor. I should’ve paid more attention to the bad reviews and not have gone to see him. Unfortunately I wanted to see a plastic surgeon quickly and most of them (the good ones) take months to give an appointment. This doctor had an appointment within a month which makes sense now since I guess many people don’t go to him.After travelling over an hour to his office I was met with his complete and utter disregard and unprofessional attitude. Did not say hi. Did not make eye contact at all. Proceeded to be annoyed and point fingers at my referring doctor and myself for not providing him with pictures of my ultrasound, X-ray and MRI (even though his office never informed me they needed the said pictures). When I asked him to explain why I had the issue I have, he laughed, shook his shoulders and said “same reason why people develop moles…” he said he couldn’t explain anything to me without the pictures: even though he admitted to having all the reports. He just wanted and was excited to booking me for a surgery date…wonder why $$$$$$$DO NOT allow this unprofessional doctor to collect your OHIP money to get paid for his so called consultation and surgery.

Terrible bed side manner. Awful. I brought my son to see him. Not so much as a hello, how are you.We waiting at the Mackenzie Health plastics Clinic and I was bewildered as to how a person, who deals with children, can be so inept. If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely disgusting. !!! Try speaking with your patients and try to be less arrogant if that is possible.I would not recommend this M.D. due to his lack of empathy, lack of warmth and lack of communication.He will not be referred by me nor any of my friends or family members. Drive to Southlake or Sunnybrook.Poor poor people skills.

Dr. Madronich was a pleasure to deal with.He was very professional, and his bedside manner was excellent.He’s honest, and straight to the point.My surgery went smooth, and my scarring is very minimal. I’m very happy with my results!The ladies in the office are all amazing and very helpful.I highly recommend Dr. Madronich!

The receptionist was very nice but that's the only positive thing I can say about the service. I was genuinely appalled by Dr. Madronich's overall demeanour, behaviour and apathy. I was referred to him by my amazing family doctor in regards to a thumb injury but Dr Madronich was extremely condescending, rude, unbothered, lacked empathy, and he truly did not seem to care at all. I would not recommend him to anyone. He absolutely wasted and disrespected my time. If your considering visiting him save yourself the trouble and consider another practice.

Just like another lady left review I had the same experience. No “hi” or “bye” and not a single advice about my injury. It felt like a drive through or a vending machine visit. I still have issues with my mallet finger after 12 weeks of splinting. If I was explained this to start with maybe would cope better and would not have false expectations. Why is it so hard to be professional and actually take time to tell patient what to expect and how to make things better?

Dr. Madronich was amazing from beginning to end. Very nice and kind. Fast and efficient surgery.

Dr. Madronich has been excellent to deal with. His calm demeanour sets the patient at ease. He says it like he sees it and is very easy going. Amazing surgeon that has a gentle approach that left no scaring. Answers all questions and welcomes more.
