I bought a car from this dealership just over a year ago. I was impressed from the minute I walked through the door. The staff are phenomenal. Prior to the purchase I had lots of questions, the staff & sales team were very patient and took time to address all my questions & concerns. I was treated kindly and never felt rushed. I love my new vehicle & now take it there for my oil changes & tire rotation. I am just blown away at how amazing the service staff have been. I have a busy schedule but they always work with me. All my interactions have been 5 star, I have & will continue to recommend Fraser to all my friends & family who are interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle. Thank you Fraser!

Won’t fix an issue that’s under warranty, didn’t even ask me what it was. Was asked the question… “ did you buy the vehicle here? I responded no because nobody had the vehicle during the pandemic. They said “ no we are backlogged for months” when I asked how many they said “months.”* Edited due to response: My name is not on file because you turned down service on the phone… If you read the review that would be clear. Turned down offering me service because vehicle was not purchased there.

I hate the fact of dealing with private enterprises that behave like governmental institutions. I perfectly understand bureaucracy on the government institutions, they work under the rule of laws or regulations and have to attach their process to it with little to none flexibility.But, private enterprises are meant to be all the opposite; their operations are not ruled directly by a law or regulation. Because, the secret of an effective business is efficiency, with agility and excellent customer service.Nevertheless, anytime I come to this dealership (or the other one cross the highway) to inquire about some technicals issues on my SUV, they go to the system to verify whatever and say, no, we can’t work on that. It feels, and brings me back in time, to my home country during the 80’s when one was needing to do something like a legalization of documents, birth certificate, request a license application, etc. I’m talking about the third world 30+ years ago -not even today-.Guys, I’m not buying no more FCA vehicles if after the warranty expiration I can’t even learn how to fix or modify something in my car.Thanks for sending me to try other brands!

Wheel bearing went on our trip from Ottawa so we had to leave the car for a week to be repaired. Fraser was very accommodating for this. Returned from Ottawa to pick up vehicle and all seemed good. Unknown to us, the reassembly of the brake line to brake caliper was not done properly which resulted in brake fluid leaking every time the brake was used. When we arrived back home in Ottawa, we realized that the brake fluid was all over the tire and took the paint off the wheel. The vehicle was towed to our local dealership and who charged us $$$ to repair the error made in Oshawa. We still need to refinish the damaged wheel rim. We have tried to contact Fraser multiple times, leaving several messages and also expressed our displeasure on their service satisfaction survey. We have heard absolutely nothing back from the service manager.We are grateful for their flexibility in being able to accommodate our emergency needs, but their error has cost us considerably more than the initial repair. We would very much appreciate speaking to someone about this, but repeated attempts have been ignored.

I don't know if they changed service staff but they are not so nice in their service department anymore. The lady that answers has a rude attitude in a nice tone sort of manner. I used to love going there to get my car serviced because they seemed fair and friendly in the past, but I really didn't feel like they wanted my business and pretty much encouraged me indirectly to go elsewhere. I hope the other friendly staff still exists there. Hopefully they will pay closer attention to what their customer service staff actually say rather than in this particular case to how friendly they sound.

I experienced the worst automotive service ever, this place is horrible. I got my vehicle back in 6 months and cost me thousands of dollars, and it still had problems, that they created. Customer service staff were obnoxious and lied, watch out for their $80 speeding ticket scam if you borrow their vehicle. They over charged for a repair that is very common to most auto shops, so take your money elsewhere. My advice is to stay well away from this horrible place, don't even ask for a quote. If you don't believe me, you should read the reviews by other people.

Amazing customer service and they have got the real deal by having Mr. Nangy as one of their sales representatives. He is amazing at what he’s doing there. Went there for a test drive and ended up buying my dream car. He made sure that all of my questions and concerns were answered and addressed. Stayed 2 hours after the closing time to provide a smooth buying experience.Lots of love to the team!
