We wanted hardwood floors installed but the floors weren't level and the installers walked away until we get a contractor to fix it and we have already bought the wood. Mike, was right on time we walked him through our problems and he was GREAT at walking us through all the structural issues underneath in the basement. Mike knew the cost would be too pricey for us Marty and Heather Eye. He gave us a really great referral!!!

I have an older home and have experience water problems with the foundation on and off for the last 20 years.I did some research on the company is it providing the service intros foundation specialist to assist me in rendering this problem.Mike Premier senior project Manager came out and thoroughly explain the process and how they can correct the problems for me I was very impressed with his knowledge not only on the basement foundation but on the soil education that he has.It was a short period of time and the crew is set to come on Joe and Pat and the rest of his crew did an excellent job in treating my house with respect and being very thorough and what they do.They worked very quickly and very thorough the job barely took a day and a half in that timeframe a big trans formation has taken place.The entire service crew was polite and friendly and I can’t say enough about them.Thanks for the peace of mind foundation specialist!

Having a home lifted is, honestly, one of the most stressful things you could possibly encounter! This company was great with communication and was able to answer and discuss any questions or concerns throughout the entire process. Our home ended up being one of the more challenging homes they have lifted, but the guys were always positive and kept pushing to make it happen. The foreman, Spencer, was wonderful! He explained every step of the process and gave us numerous updates. We would highly recommend this company to anyone needing foundation repairs!

Foundation Specialist was the company of choice for our very challenging foundation job here in Grand Haven. Our 100 year old house deserved TLC and received it and more. Mike Remar, sales rep explained and discussed the process with us in an informed and professional manner. We were in the best of hands with Spencer and his team as the foundation was bracketed, piered and secured after having dropped significantly over time. Tuck-pointing, block replacement and repair was an important last step in finishing a dangerous and imperative set of procedures that will allow this legacy home to stand for several generations into the future.I highly recommend this company. The very friendly office staff always answers the phone, returns calls and follows up on questions and concerns--this is important! The crew is hard-working and extremely knowlegable regarding the lay of the land here in the coastal dune areas of Michigan. Do not sign on with any company whose experience does not back up their sales pitch. Foundation Specialist rep, Mike, met with us and engaged in a thorough explanation that was easy to understand and transparent in regard to what will be done--and what obstacles could arise and how those problems will be solved. Clear communication and absolute professionalism every step of the way.

This was one of the most impressive contractor interactions I've had in forever. We have a crack on the exterior of our foundation. We had two companies quote us between $1,200 and $2,400 to repair. Mike Remar came out and evaluated the exterior and interior of our home. He then explained to us what the crack is and why it occurred and why it was something that did NOT require extensive contractor repair. He was thorough, professional and, most importantly, honest. Although we didn't need his company's service you can be sure that I'd recommend them to people and would use them should the need occur in the future.

He was the third company to come over to look at our basement. The other two wanted thousand of dollars to fix our problem. Mike was honest and said that what we have already been doing will work. He didn't try to up sell us on anything. Great company.

Wonderful company!! Mike was very pleasant and knowledge. He walked me through the root of my problem, taking the time to show me step by step what needed to be done. This is actually a company that is really trying to help you, instead of sell you something that is unnecessary. Another company came to my home first, and quoted me $7,000. Mike came right in, explained to me and showed me I didn’t have a foundation problem, so they definitely wasn’t trying to rip me off. So glad we had this company come out!!

Mike was very helpful and a wealth of knowledge, set us up to get a couple days worth of work to deal with a moisture problem in the basement/crawlspace (buried downspouts, crawlspace sealed up, sump pump install, new Santa Fe, etc.). Got on the schedule about 2 weeks out an they showed up ready to rock and roll right on time.Joe was great, as was his crew. These guys work hard and get right to it. The info was passed along the crew in a seamless fashion. We also have little ones at home and they were super respectful of the space and very aware of their surroundings, respectful of loud tools with warnings and just all around legit. Glad I chose this spot to handle my needs, I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat. Great experience. Joe, you are the man in my book!
