Love living here. The building is always clean and well taken care of. Easy access to anywhere you want to go with the metro a few minutes away. Whenever we have problems, maintenance is quick to respond. Would recommend to anybody.

We have been living here over 2 years now. We have to move because of work related factors, otherwise we would honestly not leave this place. 5 min away from the Terminus Longueuil / metro and 10 min walk straight to Vieux-Longueuil, it is a nice place to be. The administration is very good, they quickly solve any issue and are always very helpful. I don’t know about other people’s experiences, but ours was overall a good one.

Incredible service, freshly renovated and very secure. I would highly recommend this place to live. The noise at first was very annoying but now that it's done it's perfect !

Worst place to live.The noises begin at 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.every day. If you are working from home, I can say good luck! There is no tranquilly never ever in this building. Every day we wake up with drilling, cutting cement, and all types of unalterable noises; no respect for tranquility.

I was living here for over a year ( 110 rue da la barre) and I’m very satisfied. Whenever there is an issue, the maintenance team comes on the same day. I moved from New jersey and was having very good experience with property manager ( Cristina), she helped me to go for apartment which was having really nice view etc. Whenever i sent email to her, i got immediate response with solution and she has very good work ethics, energetic personality. Moving from new jersey to this place was became very easy. Thanks to Cristina!

Been living here for over a year and I’m very satisfied. When I have an issue, the maintenance team comes on the same day. People who are complaining about the noise are being very unreasonable; how do you expect renovations to go on without noise? I’m very happy here.

Great location, good price, nice stuff the only things one of the reason I move there it was the gym because they promess that the gym gonna open on decembre. We are on may and the gym did't open yet each month they said it will open at the end of the current month" and that's since December."

Great place to live! I even convinced cousin to move in as well. No regrets! The service is a great and the people are very nice. After living in Montreal, the noise doesn’t faze me. 10/10
