Easy to book appointment. They came exactly when they said they would be there. The service person had all the right tools and knowledge to fix the issue. The service man was a very personable. They fixed my garage door quickly. And I was less expensive that I thought. I will definitely call Brigs Garage Doors again

My garage door got rammed into yesterday morning and I had no idea what to do. After a Google search, I found Michael who was able to come out a few hours later to assess the damage. He was honest and transparent about the work that needed to be done and gave a fair quote given the complexity of the job (even removing the damaged door was a complex job). Michael did great work and I would highly recommend him if you are searching for someone to fix your garage door.

I hired David to come out and change a roller on our garage door as our tenant said the door was catching sometimes. David went out and let me know that the rollers were fine and that he didn't think any work was needed at this time as he couldn't replicate the issue. He did mention some small things that might need attention in the future. I will definitely give Brigs Garage Doors a call when we need service again. Very professional and personable to work with.

I used Brigs Garage Doors to fix and repair some mistakes I made in my own attempt at garage door opener installation. They were professional and able to address my issues and give me an estimate within 2 days of my initial call. Once I approved the quote, Michael came out four days later and was excellent! I would hire Brigs Garage Doors again strictly from the service Michael provided. Overall a great experience.

David is the best. Our garage door decided to break a couple springs in the middle of the day when we needed to leave urgently. David answered the call and gave us an hours eta! He was here and patiently waited to resolve issues with the home warranty as well. He also lubricated our entire system and showed us where the faults were. I would highly recommend his services for anyone in the his service area. He is quick, dedicated and very experienced.

My garage was only going down half way. I called Brigs Garage Doors and explained the problem to them. Within 30 minutes they were at my home, looked at my garage door, assessed the problem and gave me the option of replacing the door or repairing the door. He repaired my door and it hasn't been this quiet and smooth going up and down since it was new. Great job, I would highly recommend them!

Brigs Garage Doors company is amazing. We recently purchased a home and needed to get a hurricane resistant garage door for insurance purposes. The customer service experience was great throughout the entire process from the initial consultation until the installation. The entire team was excellent. Michael from Brigs Garage Doors was awesome he responded immediately and came out the next day. He saved us a ton of money by fixing small parts instead of telling us we needed a new garage door.
