Wet 2 Dry Basement Waterproofing

After I went through a larger company, and they did not come back to fix the leak after only a year.. I got many different quotes and did a lot of research before making my final decision with wet to dry. they come back and fix, If there are any problems! I have had none and referred to many, in which all of us have had a great experience! recommend 10 out of 10.

I spoke to multiple companies that came in and saw the one room in the basement with water and proceeded to tell me that I needed to do the whole basement with a sump pump with quotes that were insane. John with Wet 2 Dry came out and was the first to say let's just fix where the water actually is and let's try to use the drain line so that we can save you the extra cost of a sump pump. John and his team came in and were extremely kind and professional. They explained everything to me and did not get annoyed with my many questions. John also noticed some leaking rod holes and fixed them for free where others were going to charge hundreds per. Thank you John and the entire Wet 2 Dry team for taking a situation that was very stressful for me as a homeowner and working with me to do what was needed and save me cost. I will gladly recommend them and use them in the future.

We called about a leak in our basement. John came within half an hour and was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to fix the problem and show us how to fix it in the future. He also took the time to do an inspection when asked and helped us identify ways to avoid future problems. Would highly recommend!

After having to remove drywall I found a crack in my basement wall. Hoped it wouldn't leak but the following day when it rained I had water everywhere. John answered at 1130 at night. Came out next day gave me a free estimate and work was completed that weekend. Fast and efficient and no mess after. Will only use Wet 2 Dry!

John was out quickly, found where the water was coming in, and when he came back for repairs, he was quick. He explained (a few times!) what he was doing and how it would help, then cleaned up all the scraps and dust when he was finished…very respectful of our property, if I ever need it again, he’s who I am calling!
