The ladies were very welcoming and easy to talk too which is always a huge factor when getting your hair cut . It was cut properly to the exact style I asked for and at a fast pace. No trimming single hairs for 15 minutes like some like to do lol well done ladies

Convenient location. Call ahead with an appointment or be prepared to wait since lots of walk ups in the mall.Around $25 for a guys cut. It’s the same $ with or without shampoo-but they ask if you want it rather than just bring you to the sink.Good value with competent staff - but if you’re looking for stylists with tight black clothes this is not the place for you.

i unfortunately would not recommend. came into city as i don't stay around here. needed a haircut badly, however when i walked in i looked at the reviews. i wanted to give them a chance because i didn't think it would be this bad. i asked for a skin fade, chop hair off on top as well, thin it out then add the parting line. she only cut the sides and the back. my hair looks terrible, it's not cut properly, the line is crooked, tops not cut. i wish i would have went elsewhere. on top of that i paid $30 and gave a tip. if i could give 0 stars, i would. i now have to go waste more money to fix it up elsewhere.

My entire experience here was horrendous. The place is filthy, the workers look unkempt. All I wanted was a root touch up. Three of the stylists discussed this for quite a long time as it seems as if they didn't know what a root touch up was. I had to keep trying to explain it to them. They finally knew they had to highlight the roots and leave the rest alone. I was forced to sit in an awkward angle in the chair because the stylist (Dinj) was so short. At one point she touched my eye with her grubby chemical laced gloves. Her technique for dying roots was atrocious. At the sink again I was forced to sit at an awkward angle holding my head up for extended periods of time while she was putting more colouring in my hair while I was in the sink. It kept feeling like she was trying to rip my hair out of my scalp. At the end she explained the technique she did was to make it look more natural. I still have very dark roots for at least an inch on either side of my part. The root highlights were put in blotchy and uneven. She also ended up wrecking the blonde colour I had for the rest of my head, making it look really fake. That horrendous experience cost me $172.

I walked in seeking a walkin as I was in a hurry, the lady who helped me told me 20 mins so I sat down and 45 mins passed until she served me. Why lie to me and waste my time? its why I asked and was blatent lied to. Disgusting operations that should be avoided. To the manager reading this PLEASE TAKE ACTION GOOD LORD

Extremely racist refused to cut my son’s hair then we said we have appointment then she said ok and now my son is 2 year old he sits on his mom’s lap for hair cut ( last 2 or 3 hair cut) they did the same now this lady refuse again coz she said he needs to sit on the chair no surprise to me this time coz she don’t want to do his hair @ 1st place.she don’t even deserve 1 star

Stylist didn't really cut my bangs how I wanted even though I said what I was looking for. Rest of my hair looks fine. I don't really care, as it will grow back, but still not ideal.But you get what you pay for, and $28 for a cut is fine.

They cut my hair unevenly and a lot shorter than I asked for it to be.

Haircut was okay. My main reason for using this location is that I commute from out of town and this location was on a route that I often use and they have an online reservation system. Unfortunately the location did not receive my reservation request and I had to wait. Fortunately they were not busy and the wait was not too long
