Sun Ray Hot Tubs & Patio

I live an hour outside the city with my 2010 SunRay tub. Every time I've called Don in service has done awesome work in helping me diagnose and walk through steps to get my tub running again.Have talked through an eventual heater replacement, pump rebuilds (and replace), and just now a control pack replacement in the dead of winter.He was very helpful in talking me through the steps to prevent further damage while waiting for the fix, finding alternatives that might save me money, and talking through strategies.Very happy with the service and also the tub. Everything I've had to do has been well within timeframes of things starting to quit.

I contacted Sun Ray about getting my pump serviced on a weekend. Dropped it off , expected to leave it there until next week. But they contacted me a few hours later to say it was done!They only replaced what was necessary in the pump and gave me honest feedback about the condition of the motor and pump going forward. Other places I had been to would charge much more for a pump rebuild" .Sun Ray showed me they have great customer service and integrity in responding to their customers needs and budgets.I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest and excellent service."

Amazing staff and amazing products. I have bought my hot tub from them 19-20 years ago. It still runs and looks great. They're alway there to help me trouble shoot and fix the problem myself as I live out of town. Great people and local businesses always need are support!

My mother ordered a hot tub in 2021 and they aren’t fulfilling the order. Being told the plant is shut down and employees are fighting fires now. This is about the 8th excuse she has gotten over the last 2 years. Don’t know what to do at this point. Daryl ignores all communication and won’t give the deposit back. I bought a hot tub a few months prior from coco beach and had my tub within a week, I recommend going there instead. Bunch of thieves !!

This is my hot tub from last summer. I bought from you two years ago. I would just like to thank you for your exceptional service!! Ever since I have bought my hot tub you guys have always done your very best to help me. Just this morning I called in on a leak I had and I had someone come this afternoon who was a very outstanding and nice man and he found out the problem and is coming back out to fix it next week for me. I have recommended you guys before and I will continue to do so. Thank you very much!

Robbed my mother in law, she had been waiting for over 2 years for her hot tub. She put a $2500 deposit down which they won’t refund despite not being able to fulfil her order, won’t answer any emails or calls and she keeps getting the run around from the salesmen Daryl. Do not buy a hot tub here.Update: Had a awful call with the owner. I didn't think my family's experience could get any worse. He was incredibly aggressive, yelling at me and telling me I have no morals for leaving a valid and true review. Word for word I was threatened with Keep this up and see what happens. My staff is no longer motivated to help your Mother in-law".I've never experienced customer service like this

The owner Brad you should look at how you treat people and you keeping peoples hot tubs when they have paid in full and deny there hot tub!!! Shame on you BRAD!!!!! GO TO ARTIC SPA

Motor failed on my Tub. Awesome help over the phone for troubleshooting to try and fix it, then remove it.The team had it rebuilt in a day to get me back up & running. With tips on putting it back in and maintenance while at it.I wish all companies would give this type of support. They’ve gained a customer for life because of it.

We have been Sun Ray customers for over 15 years. 2 hot tubs purchased at two different homes. We just recently learned that the lid covers Sun Ray provided for our tub is oversized and does not seal. For years we became used to the hot tub pump and heater constantly going off and costing a lot of power. We recently went to a different spa outlet and showed them the photo of our lid and they told us this was incorrect and provided us with a lid that fit exactly and seals when closed. Now our hot tub rarely turns on for heat as it is sealed. Saving us tons of money on power. The team at Sun Ray never told us this and knowingly provided a lid for their hot tub that was too big and did not seal. I cannot believe Sun Ray never got us set up properly after 15 years. I do not recommend this business as they failed us.
