Overpriced cannot complete work on a timely basis

I lost one of the 3 screws that hold the back plate on my Chelsea Third Millennium clock. So I called to inquire about ordering one. I left a voice mail message and Eric called me back within 10 minutes. He said he would send me two screws, and when I said I was going to give him my Credit Card numbers for payment he said not to worry about it. OK, so I thought, since I do not have the key to wind the clock, the least I could do to express my gratitude for Eric's kindness is to buy a key. So I said, OK, I am also need of a key, and proceeded to give him my Credit Card number and Eric again said for me not to worry about it. PINCH ME, I'm dreaming. Old School Customer support. Rarely seen these days. These guys are fantastic, and their clocks are insanely well made. THANK YOU ERIC!

OUTSTANDING... Place is an historical landmark.. Went inside with my Grandfathers 1974 Mariner Chelsea Clock.. The Gentleman at the front desk was outstanding... Educated my wife and I on my clock and it was a simple fix!!! Im so happy to hear my ship bells again!!! Highly recommend them!!

My watch stop working , went to the man at the front deskhe new what was wrong , he adjusted it and started working againI love this place.

Just opened my father's brand new Chelsea boardroom clock and WOW! It is absolutely exquisite. The engraving is beautiful and the clock itself is a work of art.

I made the mistake of taking a small Chelsea clock to a local clock company who lost a rubber gasket. A year later, I happened to be driving across the Tobin bridge, and on a whim, I decided to try to find the Chelsea Clock company. It turn out that they are located just north of the bridge. They could not have been more helpful and gave me a new gasket! I was expecting to learn that it was not available or it could be ordered at a fee through the internet. Nope. It was free and they wouldn't even hear of taking my money. This is a company that has first class people who make first class products! I will be a customer for life.

I was thrilled to discover that Chelsea Clock Company is still in business making and servicing their clocks for over 120 years. I was able to have my 1906 Ship’s Bell clock’s movement cleaned and a new coat of lacquer applied to the brass case. The craftsmanship is exemplary, suitable for something you’d expect to see on display in a museum collection.

Very satisfied with this company. They could teach a class on customer service. We had a clock repaired with them that my husband purchased years ago with them. From day one they stayed in constant contact with us. Top notch! Worth every penny!!!!! I will recommend them to anyone!Keep up the great work.
