The young lady and gentleman in gentleman in the St Catharine’s store were extremely helpful and courteous assisting us selecting a shower kit. The delivery they advised was dead on. When I made the mistake of locking the corner pieces together.. they lock very well! These two people were very helpful and pursued finding replacement parts for me. In the meantime I finally got them apart using a heat gun. When I called to advise, the had indeed found replacements. Great staff pleasure to deal with and love the shower.

Please do yourself a favor and buy anywhere else, even if it costs more, then you won't be disappointed. You would think that a company that specializes in one area of the home would have their act together.Placed an order for a complete shower stall (32 x 60" base with center drain

The store manager and staff were really helpful. I went there looking for a faucet for my washroom, the staff were very welcoming and friendly and they helped find the right one from the information I provided. Overall it the staffs provided really a good service. I would definitely visit bath depot again when required.

We are renovating two bathrooms and needed a wide variety of product. Based on an online search, Bath Depot seemed to have lots of product choice to pick from at very reasonable prices so we decided to visit the showroom. We were assisted by the store manager (Carolyn) who was so helpful. She was able to patiently answer all our questions and provide helpful suggestions. We ended up purchasing almost everything we needed from them.

The staff at this location are amazing to deal with. I am a contractor that purchases products regularly and recommend our clients to them as well. Victor has been nothing but professional to work with. I regard him very highly amongst all the suppliers we do business with. Carolyn has also done a great job in the short time she has been at this location. I look forward to working with them for a long time to come.

Bought complete kitchen, shower pan and glass door from here. The quality is great and price is cheaper than most big box stores. Kitchen cabinets was delivered as specified, easy to assemble and install…no complaints whatsoever. Store associates Victor and Carolyn were very helpful and professional. If you are looking for a kitchen or bathroom renovation on a low budget but good quality you got it.

Unbelievably bad experience. I do not write reviews often, only when compelled by a truly great or bad experience.Ordered and paid for something 4 months ago. Never arrived at store. Every week a new employee would look into it and say the problem was fixed and it should arrive the following week. Groundhog Day experience calling each week or so to speak with new employee who would go through the same motions. Sometimes blaming a corporate system change, etc. Finally just asked for a refund. Currently renovating 2 bathrooms, will not go to bath depot for the remaining items I need.
