***EDIT*** Since this review I've been back to this location a few times around 9:30 and they were still open.. so im changing my review to 3 stars. Thank you Subway for honoring your advertised hours of operation.***Original review*** BEWARE LATE NIGHT FOODIES! OF FALSE ADVERTISING of store hours at this lynden road brantford location! I arrived at this location more than one occasion now at around 9:35pm the last time and today at 9:40pm only to find the employees had all closed up and left early. I would understand if it was 9:50 or 9:55 but we are talking 20-25 minutes before the ADVERTISED closing time. All I wanted was a delicious subway sandwich after a late long shift only to find that the store had been completely closed up even though the advertised hours on the Subway app AND on Google said it was open until 10pm. Why advertise that you are open until 10pm but close pretty much a half an hour early? This is unacceptable business practice. What is going on here?

Today went I went to this branch to get my subway sandwich. I observed some bad practices. One of the workers doesn't change gloves. I ordered Tuna sub and while she was toasting my bread she attended a next customer. That customer wanted ham. she placed the ham in his sandwich and then tried to touch my sandwich. I asked to change gloves but she didn't. She just said the next employee will finish my sub. This is a bad practice and I got disgusted with that. Please retrain your employees.

We went in at 9:50 to get 5 subs last minute and the person was Mandeep. She was so diligent and there were other customers who walked in and she was so sweet, polite and she helped us all! The subways were fantastic and we also had a coupon issue but she was super helpful and overall a great experience! Will come in again just because of this serving experience!!

This location always gives appropriate amounts of toppings and the breads are always fresh!!! Yesterday night, i got the best service. The girl mandip behind the counter was very helpful. I didn’t know what i wanted and she helped guide me through. Definitely visit again.

This Subway is cheating people. I had a $3 off on signature rice bowl coupon. I mentioned that before ordering. At the time of payment, they said I either get double meat for a total price of $17 on which the coupon will be applied or pay the full price.So I ended up not using the coupon since I didn’t want to pay $17 (from $8.99) just to add double meat. And it doesn’t say anywhere on the coupon that the coupon is only valid for double meat bowls. STOP CHEATING PROPLE PLEASE!!!!

It’s safe to say Subway is by far my favorite fast food restaurant. I have been to all of the locations in town and this is by far the WORST. But I was in a time crunch today and it was closest to work so I thought let’s give it another chance. Well once again disappointing. Came at 1pm on a Thursday and my bread was clearly yesterday’s. They say it’s not but years ago I worked in a subway and know the texture difference. This is my biggest pet peeve with this restaurant. People want fresh bread people. And the guy dressing my sandwich, his gloves clearly soiled with mustard and mayo and went to make my sub. NO WAY. I politely asked him to change them (as he obviously didn’t think it was necessary himself) He appeared irritated as it was busy but that’s not my fault. I don’t eat either of those condiments and didn’t want them spread all over my food. I give up on this location and will NOT return.

I've been to multiple locations and this one is probably my favorite. The staff are always friendly and smiling and the subs are fantastic. Always the perfect amount of toppings and very fresh. Love this location. Great work to all the staff.I'm generally not excited about fast food. However, the guy working Easter Sunday was so ridiculously good I have to say something. Not only did he act like he owned the place, he acted like it was his first day. Rarely do you see a stranger exuding so much joy at a job. No, we're not related

This Subway refused to fix my order.They made it wrong, and when I called to get it fixed, I just wanted the subs remade, Shawn said he couldn't help because I placed the order on the website, and had to go through customer service. It's not the websites fault that either the employees can't read, or that they handed me a different order.I have tried to contact Customer Service.I have not heard back.So basically Subway on Lynden Road stole my money.
