Dr.Venus is very friendly & supportive. Being far away from India during my sick time Dr.Venus caring makes me more comfortable. Her guidance and tips are really good.

Where do I start……Dr Venus Mahmood!!! She is the most kindest, polite and competent Dr i have met since we moved to Canada. She is very welcoming and patient and ensures your concerns are fully addressed. She is a wonderful physician and now our family doctor. The reception staff and pharmacist are excellent too. They book appointments quickly and provide a great service. The best medical practice in Mississauga. Highly recommend.

Dr. Venus Mahmood is one of the nicest doctors I have ever met! She was amazing with my new born baby, especially since it is still during the pandemic and she is so gentle. My baby didn't even cry a lot for his first shots! Of course Juju is the kindest and sweetest receptionist ever too :)

Dr. Venus is a blessing. She understands the patients and provides the right guidance. Guides you with the options and gives her personal opinion.

Clean place.My initial visit was terrible.I checked in, meanwhile checking in. I provided my health card to the receptionist for the doctors office, the receptionist left my health card, visible and unattended on the front desk. When I mentioned that my personal information was left out for any individual to view, copy, or potentially steal protection, as I went to park my car.The response was unapologetic.Personal information should be a priority!!!!*Be sure to watch your belongings*I have a toe nail fungal infection, I like almost everyone reviews public or private information to see what can be done regarding treatment or how to prepare for the doctors visit.I was alarmed that my shoe was creating such bacteria, and began asking questions to seek clarification. Zina the doctor, was impatient. Cut me off mid sentence while I was expressing my fears. Demeaned my personal intelligence by highlighting she’s a “doctor”. Then refused to treat my condition and walked off to another patient. I have AUDIO of her explicitly saying “I am not providing the prescription” I informed her of her legal obligations and in AUDIO she states “I don’t care”.I would not go back, be hesitant on your questioning because as she expressed that “she knows more”, has a lack of patients, easily angered, rude and is careless about your emotions and concerns.I will file a formal complaint with the board.Take care,God bless you Zina.

Dr. Zinha is very intelligent, knowledgeable, experienced , kind and down to earth family physician and now our family doctor. I am blessed to have such a nice, polite family doctor.Additionally Dr Venus Mahmood is also very polite and competent and experienced doctor.They are very welcoming and patient and ensures your concerns are fully addressed.They listen to patients patiently and provide a satisfactory solution. Dr.Venus Mahmood Is the best family doctor I’ve ever had , the clinic is always very clean and and the staff is very helpfull and polite. Really recommend this family doctor she is very knowledgeable I told her few things I’ve been dealing with and Dr.Venus narrowed it down and found solution, I’m very happy .
