Most times it's pretty good. Tho one time ordered chilli and something hard and foreign was in it. They did offer to replace the chilli with a new batch. Another time I ordered 12 donuts but not plain ones they gave me 12 plain donuts. Who orders 12 plain donuts. I guess common sense is not so common.

Service was fast but she served me old expired coffee - lights were red and when I said I work at tims and know the lights are supposed to be blue she said coffee was still OK. Then she handed me my tea with the lid not even on properly- as I grabbed it the lid popped off. Otherwise a really nice clean place.

Coffee was not even room temperature or what I ordered. Service was fast though, so I will give stars for that. Perhaps could sacrifice a few seconds for accurate orders or to at least let the coffee heat up first.

Excellent customer service! But confusing menu! We ordered by package number expecting the drink, and wedges, but they gave us only the sandwich and the wrapped without anything else!Good experience, so in our next trip to the area, we will be aware of how to order!

Not to Impressed by the new management/ owners. Went to grab a few dozen donuts. Asked for 4 specific common donuts ( honey glazed chocolate dipped and sprinkles ) I didn't asked for a special creation or 1000 of these. I was told that I had to call in ahead of times if I wanted to add specific donuts to my dozen. ( That is disappointing). The donuts were yesterday's donuts. They were dry and wrinkled just like the service. I will not be driving through there until things change. I will purchase fresh bakery items from coop.

2 bad experiences, first we came and orders 2 steep teas, they said it would take 10 minutes, however it took 30, they sold thr tea that was made and forgot about us. Next when we came in to order breakfast and 2 extra large teas, they gave us one large and one extra large in error. When asked to correct the staff was rude and said I only charged you for a large.Very sad
