Restaurant Cartier Arms
Located in the Hyatt Centric hotel on the eastern edge of Old Montreal, the Cartier Arms has a clean aesthetic one would expect within a well established chain hotel. While it is not extravagant both the views and the amount of light is wonderful. We enjoyed a breakfast on a sunny day in spring which just put a smile on our faces.The breakfast itself was basic and overall good. The Bagel Lox Montrealais has an overwhelming amount of stuff and could easily feed one and a half persons (it was quite good) and the portion of the pain perdu (french toast) was good although a bit on the bland side.The service was very pleasant, friendly and accommodating. Enjoy!

Winning combination of great food, drinks, attentive service and Well rounded wine list. Had brunch, had to come back for dinner and was not disappointed. A soon to be an old mtl institution for sure! I’ll be back!

Restaurant Cartier Arms
I didn’t expect that Cartier Arms would become my favorite restaurant in Montreal. I’m a frequent business traveller around the world and has become very jaded about Hotel restaurants.During my stay at Hyatt Centric - I’ve already been to the restaurant three times and they were all fantastic. I will probably drop by a couple more until my departure.

Restaurant Cartier Arms
Brunch was exquisite, beautiful bright space and an outstanding service from the great staff. Their bottomless mimosas are excellent and I loved ‘The Yank’ from their brunch menu. Highly recommend. Definitely a new favourite of mine, looking forward to spending more time there during the summer.

Went for lunch this weekend, what a beautiful place! The establishment is gorgeous, the staff is amazing and the food is to die for.If you’re looking for a brunch spot, dinner or a cocktail - you won’t be disappointed. We will be back soon, guaranteed. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

We went there for our engagement dinner and the staff went above and beyond to make it an unforgettable experience. They are absolutely amazing, accommodating, and very hospitable, especially our waitress that night. The place is also really nice for pictures and the food is great!

Wow, the place to be. Great food, amazing staff.Make sure to meet Gabi, she runs the place,her staff if awsome. Stayed at the hotel 4 days for a meeting, the bar compliments the hotel.They look after the meeting rooms to.Just awsome 10 star is needed for this place.Keep it up , we will be back.
