Just ordered, and wow! Healthy and tasty! Better than homemade or take-out meals and made for any kind of diet you're on (im keto)! The proteins are a generous size, seasoned deliciously, and cooked better than 99% of restaurants. And I love how the vegetables are a significant portion as well (not just garnish), actual nutrition! I don't know if it's available, but I'd love to order extra sauce (pesto, chimmichurri), or more should come with, as it's flavourful for meat and veg. Also keto snack attack bombs are to die for!

It's affordable and delicious. Their soups and smoothies are my favourite and help so much especially if you have a sensitive belly like I do. It also helps to know that i'm feeding my body with clean and healthy ingredients!

This service is truly next level. The quality and quantity of food will not disappoint you. My wife and I work long hours and hardly have time to see each other so the fact now that we can have a Sunday afternoon together instead of extra chores is beyond amazing to us. Plus so many options, we’re finally eating healthier and it’s a variety to pick from that changes weekly.

This is my first week using the service and I've liked the quality of the food so far. It's very tasty. However, I do wish there was more comprehensive nutritional information available. Currently to my knowledge, meals will show the calories, protein, carbs, fat, and fiber. If more info was available (sodium is the one that stands out to me), I could make a more informed choice about which meals to choose.

The food is really delicious, and portions are pretty large. Delivery is on time, and the service is upmarket. It's awesome that you have a lot of meals to choose from. I would also love to see an automatic meal constructor in the future, where you just choose preferences, and it will automatically create a menu for you so that I don't need to count everything myself.

2 guys with knives was wonderful! I ordered a few meals as a gift for my brother. The ordering process was easy and the meals are well priced with lots of variety. I had to reschedule the delivery day and it was easy to do, the delivery was on time and there is even a way to track it online. My brother has loved the meals so far! 10/10 would recommend this company to my friends!

Really enjoying the delicious variety of selections but mostly I feel a difference in my energy (much more )and fullness. No looking for snacks as usual. So easy to heat and eat and delivery time is very convenient if you live in a condo or apt. Thank you chefs.
