This was a great experience! David and his team came into my home and got things ready for the auction. I was worried before they came about how comfortable I would feel with strangers going through my house but they were very respectful of both my home and myself. I had several outside buildings to clean up and David and his team went above and beyond to make sure they were all completely cleaned up. We could never have done it without them. The people working for him were great and I felt like they became my friends. I truly missed them when it was over. If you are downsizing I would highly recommend David Moore and Associates.

Read the contract!! From the auctioneers perspective, all he cares about is getting you to sign on the dotted line. Be crystal clear about what expenses, per diems, fees and whatever else you can think of will be charged to your account. Expect to pay well north of 50% of the total sale to David Moore. Also, it doesn't help that a 10 % buyers penalty is tacked on to every purchase on the other end.

David Moore has been in the auction scene for a very long time. The Rapid-Sell auction platform is flawless and very easy to use. I have made many purchases (and been in trouble with the wife for doing so) over the years. Always look forward to the new auction offerings online.

They handled my mother's estate and house auction. Outstanding service from the start. From the initial meeting with David, to the staging crew, showing personnel and pick up staff. Dave and his wonderful team of Associates were the Cavalry that saved my sanity when, all alone I was facing a family home clear-out of 6 decades of occupation and more than 4 generations and 6 estates of collected paraphernalia. With emotional sensitivity, respect, pragmatic knowledge as well as regular doses of levity, and throughout a very hot summer month, these guys lugged, sorted, cleared out, organised and listed over 500 lots with a dedication that impressed me no end. I could never have accomplished this overwhelming task without them. It was a huge, emotionally traumatic experience for me, so I cannot say I 'loved it' despite my rating...but instead I can say I will be forever grateful for their kind and professional support, and so strongly recommend them!

Year after year this is a friendly and professionally run auction. Enjoy the fun or stress of being the winner from your arm chair.I have never been disappointed with a purchase and have rarely previewed the items I buy. David's photos are of excellent quality and desciptions, information and measurement are included.

Friendly people running a fairly well organized online auction service. Finding their location is a bit tricky the first time, the warehouse is set back from the road a bit and isn't well lit. Google maps isn't super precise on the location either.Have bought several items, no complaints except that I got outbid on some lots that I wanted (lol)

Terrible experience. David was quick to say he could handle our large inventory even though we questioned repeatedly his ability to store the items as his team processed it. In the end his labour charges were very high, triple than he estimated resulting in the labour and commission charges are up 70% of sale. Was not worth the experience. When I called him to discuss his report after the auction he avoided my calls never once replying to my numerous messages.

We we so happy with the service we received from David Moore and his staff. I recently purchased an initialled A.J. Casson print from Rapid Sell and am very happy with it. I had been concerned because so many were being offered that they may have been fakes, so I contacted the art publisher whose signature was on the certification to verify the authenticity. The gentleman, Mr. Paul Schwarz, asked me to describe the print and send him photos. I did, and he replied that he could say with certainty that they were legitimate as far as he could tell. He was also very surprised at how little I had paid for a print that was worth 6 times as much as I paid for it!Thank you, Rapid Sell and David Moore and Associates, I am very happy with my purchase, and the incredible deal I got on it.Vanessa Gartner
