This set of buildings is disgraceful. Tenants across the hall left and maintenance did not clean up the two units until 6 months later. The place reaked and cockroaches infested the building. The departments don't communicate when problems are brought up the leasing team only cares about money. And never checks files. Terrible building, terrible managers. Do not rent here. Ever.

Place is perfectly fine .....but Avenue Living people wont remove the snow from parking lot or entrance making it too difficult for vehicles during winter. So only 3-Star rating .

Between the lack of communication between departments, the disrepair of the buildings, and the lack of knowledge of the property managers of their own property, this company is cleverly disguised as a reputable business. Unfortunately, the cover was exposed after I signed a lease.

Place is decent at times besides domestic disturbances, laundry machines always broken , mail boxes broken into , many homeless people sleeping in hallways and massive rent increases . Been HB ere two years and at 970 a month next lease they want 1400 lol ...
