Horrible customer service by staff specially young girls. They keep shouting in their own language. I feel sorry for the old guy working with them. These girls were so rude with him. KINDLY TEACH THESE GIRLS MEANING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. It was such a bad start for day.

Horrible customer service, even though they aren't busy at drive thru window, they won't help out at tills, ignore customers completely, at least smile and say someone will be with u shortly. An acknowledgement at least. But we are just totally ignored..

Worst customer service I’ve ever saw till today. Even the store manager doesn’t tries to solve these issues. I was served extremely cold coffee. Girls working here were shouting so loud like animals in zoo.

Not happy, I was passing through and decided to get a coffee and some lunch at drive thru, got my order and left. That is when I should have checked my meal. Instead I was already on the hwy when I went to grab my lunch, I was quite angry to find they gave me the wrong meal and of course now that I was already on the hwy I didn't want to turn around. Won't go back there again.

friendly most of the staff very professional as some of the staff are more warm to approach and treat you well and give you very good service.Staff may need some indigenous cultural training.

Staff friendly and is working on improving. They need to have split shifts for morning runs. Also they choose ignore dine in to assist on takeout, Why? Split shifts work give the option to the employees. Other than that their not to bad. This is my opinion.
