Terrible experience, went in for a rapid test at 5:20pm. Was told it would take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to get results. Called at 9:15pm with no response. They ended up calling me back and saying the result will be in shortly. Waited another 45 minutes with no results. Phoned back five times with no response. When someone did pick up the lady yelled at me when i pressed her on a actual timeline for getting results then hung up on me. Absolutely terrible service and customer service.If you need to be sure you will get results in a timely manner you can not trust this business. Go elsewhere

The last time I went back to China, I did a nucleic acid test here. The staff is very warm and thoughtful, so I will come back here again this time and experience the warm, thoughtful and meticulous service again. Thank you！

I'm so glad l chose this clinic. Appointment was on time and I was asked if l would like to have the results printed. The whole process was painless so don't worry about it.

One of the worst experiences ever. My mother didn't get her rapid-antigen result until hours after the test, she had to physically go back to the testing location and also call the main office to call the West Vancouver office to have them email. What's the point of paying for a service if we have to do all the work? It's hard to believe they even let this location operate. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location.

The test was quick and mostly painless (except for the price), however there was a mistake on the date on the form i was provided, while the person who performed the test gave me her number and told me to call with any issues. She never answered, never called back, I was almost denied my flight due to this error, called and texted her multiple times with no response, the check folks at the airport finally felt bad for me and let me pass, but no thanks to the test center, who never replied.

After having COVID in March, I booked an appointment for early May to have a confirmed positive in case it was required some time later. After paying a deposit, I attended for the test and the nurse essentially talked me out of getting the testing saying I wouldn’t certainly now be negative. It seemed she did not know that PCR tests can be positive up to three months. I reluctantly didn’t get the test but then could not get my deposit back, even though I told them their employee talked me out of it.I then got almost daily reminders about an appointment for almost two weeks, none of which I had booked

I arrived at 1:14 for a 1:15 appointment, and called the number on the door. I was told the nurse would be right back. I called again 10 minutes later, and was told to wait another 5 minutes. The nurse didn't return until 1:50. The number on the door you are supposed to call when you arrive isn't actually the number for someone in the building, it's just a central office and they didn't seem to know what was going on. There was no line, and they weren't backed up. The nurse just left early for his break, and returned late (folks started showing up for 1:45 appointments while I was waiting).The testing room was cluttered and not very organized. The nurse was just keeping track of the names of people getting tested on a scrap of paper, I was a little nervous I'd end up with someone else's results.

The test was as it supposes to be. The nurse was gentle, professional and rapid.But the best came the day later when I had to contact the office to have receipt and a specific document of result to avoid problem while traveling. CovidTravelVancovuer welcomed and answered to all my requests made my experience very good and any tension for the process very smooth and a relief.

This place is a bit of an odd experience. We had the first appointment of the day and showed up 5 minutes early to discover that the guy opening the office forgot his key and was waiting on his boss to come open the door. We finally were able to be tested 15-20 minutes after our scheduled time slot.The testing is done in the personal offices of a doctor's office and they email you the results 15-20 minutes after you leave their office.It's a bit expensive and the whole experience feels a bit unprofessional but if you're needing a negative covid test for travel they're quick, efficient and it checks the box you need checked.

Excellent. Easy to book; competitively priced. No waiting once we arrived for appointment. Staff member was efficient, friendly and polite. Results of testing were received promptly.
