I visited this gym for the first time tonight and it was awesome! The person working at the desk was so nice and answered all of my questions! I took advantage of the opportunity to try the gym out. The equipment I tried had clear instructions. I highly suspect I'll be back for more! I have one more gym to try but the environment there was just so perfect I don't think it will be a hard choice. Thanks for the chance to try the place out.

Excellent space. Staff are very friendly and informed. Fellow members are kind and its just a great all round place for anybody looking for homegrown style gym.

Great amount and variety of equipment, wide array of supplements as well. Maybe I'm out of touch with this now, but a drop-in rate of $20 seems high.

This Is An Amazing Gym. I Love How As A Member, You Have Access 24 Hours/Day, So That Way You Can Still Get A Workout In, Even If Your Stuck Having To Work Late.Even The Approach They Are Implementing During Covid Is Great! Every Piece Of Equipment Has A Line On The Floor, Marking The Safe Distance.The Staff Are Very Pleasant, And Willing To Help As Much As Possible.I Would Definitely Recommend This Place To Anyone Looking For A Great Gym, With A Family Atmosphere.

Great gym to go to in fredericton, lots of machines to use, they have a whole squat rack room which is rare nowadays. Some pieces of equipment are dated but well maintained. Locker rooms are quit small but clean, the supplement shop is awesome and have some of the best prices around. Cardio machines are located upstairs and a good variety of them are there. Definitely will be back
