The worst Timmy's I've ever been to. They gave my order to someone else who drove away & came back & when returned, tried to give it to me! Seriously! I asked them to please temake my wrap. Asked for a small black & paid & then asked if i could get something. Was told they dont take it back. It wasn't even touched. The place is choas. Too many newbies there.

When this place opened it was great, today we came in for a coffee and although the coffee was good the place is a run down dump.Very wobbly tables, dirty tables and chairs that are so uncomfortable.Takeout talk is very loud and distracting, constant LOUD BEEPING!This is my last visit.Too bad it's the only Tim's in Erin.

I live right in town and have noticed this place going downhill over the last few months. A Saturday at 5:30 and the place has 1 table of 4 people. The tables and chairs are full of crumbs and garbage. Not to mention the front entry - great first impression. On top of that they got my coffee wrong. From now on Tin Roof it is - they obviously value my business more.

Raw bacon! I Was not only disappointed but extremely grossed out when I saw the bacon on the two bagels I ordered. I specifically asked for crispy well done bacon and received this. I went inside to ask the staff, and they acted very rudely on this incident and said it’s impossible to get the bacon more crispy. (Lol but this isn’t bacon wasn’t even cooked fully) Perhaps the staff needs more training on how to correctly prepare food or need to stop being a little lazy. Never coming here again. Be careful with the meats from this location!!!!!

This is possibly the worst Tims that I have been to. So many people behind the counter but extremely slow service. Also noticed that there was a lot of people getting their orders before us even though we were waiting for awhile. Very unorganized.

This place is terrible. This place was great maybe 2 years ago. Since then it has be constantly down hill. I go through the drive-thru everyday and every other time there seems to be something wrong with my order. Also the people they put at the window don't usually seem to talk at all or even know how to speak English sometimes. Also I went to a different tim hortons and got a much bigger wrap than they give here. Its a shame that this is the only tim's in Erin. I hope something else opens up soon that puts this place out of business or at least make the people at this location wake up a little bit. Anyway you're better off going to a different location if you're just passing through town or just make your coffee at home. I don't think they even know how to make their own specialty ice capps or know what extra cream cheese is on a bagel.

Sadly I come here everyday. I understand it gets busy, but how is it I watched 5 different orders walk out before recieving mine? I had to speak to someone 3 TIMES before they even started making it. Spent almost 25mins waiting for drinks. Not to mention the amount of times they close their storefront, no signs stating its closed and the employees standing outside watching people try to enter the store and don't say ANYTHING to them. This is honestly by far the worst Tim's I've ever been too. There are 4 employees that work at this location I like. 4. Something needs to be done.

Waited inside for 10 minutes. No one took my order. They were only focused on the drive thru and I was the only one in line. I could not get anyone's attention so I left. Do better.

Went here for cilantro wraps last weekend. Got three of them and was sickened and disgusted to find a long black hair sizzled into the tortilla bread on not one, not two, but ALL THREE WRAPS. Literally a long black hair baked INTO ALL THREE OF THEM. Zero reason to make this up, I've only ever been there once two years ago, and it was ok.Save yourself the vomit, go somewhere else.

An average Tim's. Small dining room separated into two sections, one more relaxed then the other. Drive thru moves quick. Parking isn't great. Staff were freindly.
