Fortunate Carpentry

I have to take the time to share my experience with Fortunate Carpentry,I was right in the middle of building my custom home with a reputable builder, a builder that many people have raved about over the years. I was left for months not knowing when my property would be complete. They then quoted me an extra $131,000 more than they quoted me including my upgrades! I was ready to give up!I had all these supplies and nothing was being done!I was at my office discussing my situation with a coworker, she immediately got on the phone, the very next day the owner of Fortunate Carpentry came to meet me at my custom home. He asked to see the contracts and any commitment letters I had with the current builder. He brought it to his lawyers for review and was given the green light! My house was completely finished 4 months sooner than promised with top of the line finishings. It only cost me $73,000 more. Very proud of my home! I would recommend these contractors to anyone! Unbelievable work!
