Rude staff. They do not know even the simple and primary rules of treating the customer. I went there to exchange a cloths, a 60 year-old short haircut sell person spoke very rudely when I asked her to advise me regarding a model which I was looking for . It seems Laura HR team has lots of homework to do .

I went to this store today at 3:30 pm, and this will be my last visit to This Laura branch and all other branches. I’m disappointed with the people they hired in this location. They were insulting and disrespectful, precisely the short dark haired lady who said her name was Mojdeh Taleshian, but I’m not sure if she told the truth. She is truly arrogant. I was carrying my jacket, and one of them asked me if I wanted to try my own coat. I told her this was my own jacket, not saying that she was watching me all the time, which was very disturbing and rude. I went to the counter to talk to her manager about her rude behaviour where this B*tch Mojdeh called me crazy and so many other harsh words. I’m sorry, Laura owner, but you will soon lose business with these arrogant people you hired; you can video check to see what they do to people

The staff here need a lesson on customer service. I went here with my mom and nobody greeted us. My mom had to return a pair of pants and the cashier told her no and that she could only get a store credit. My mom tried to find another pair of pants and decided not to get anything and just settle with the store credit. The cashier gave her so much attitude and then threw the receipt and card down onto the countertop and was very rude. Additionally, when my mom was looking around the store, I sat down and had my baby in the stroller next to me. The cashier was watching me the whole time. Not too sure why and this made me feel uncomfortable. My mom will definitely be taking her business elsewhere.

Always my go to store for semi casual wear. Love Laura's and the sister store Melanie Lynne. Finding gowns are better viewed their online site. They just dont have the room in the stores. Service is ok. Being an image consultant I shop for clients so don't need help. Most of the sales girls are not trained stylists and these stores are not interested in training them. They are only interested in moving product out the door. If you need help bring a friend or hire an image consultant who will teach you about the right colours and styling of cloth that suit you. A sales staff's job is to sell clothes and accessories not to dress you. That is your job!

The worst customer service I’ve ever seen. My daughter came to return some items I had ordered online and the cashiers were incredibly rude, they clearly didn’t want to do their job and ask my daughter unnecessary things, such as the reason we are returning items. They also told her that instead of ordering online I should have gone to a physical store and tried some clothes on, so I wouldn’t have to return them. While scanning the items they were saying bad thing under their breaths in their language, which my daughter understood. Horrible customer service!!!

I went to buy my mom a birthday gift as soon as Hillcrest opened. I had no idea about fashion or what to even get for her.Molly welcomed me to the store and asked how she could help. She was kind, understanding and helped me pick some items for her.My mom loved the gift and made her very happy.Just wanted to share this as it's nice to interact with people again and having that full experience. Molly made my experience very pleasant and I was really impressed with her knowledge and nice demeanor.Thanks to Molly

Rude staff and poor customer service.I went to this location to return and exchange some clothes that I had ordered online. The (elder lady with short hair ) cashier was extremely rude to me.She was reluctant to do her job. When I asked her to check if they have an xsmall of a top that I had its small in my hand to return, she said xsmall would be too tight on me while I never asked her opinion. How possibly she could guess my size while I had my winter jacket on!!!! I also was trying a coat in the fitting room area, and all of a sudden, she shouted from the cashier area to my husband and I that the coat that I was trying in size 2 was tight on me!!! She diffently needs training to learn how to serve customers with respect. She was speaking in persian with us, which shows she is rude in her native language. She can not even properly serve the people of her own community with respect.I decided to return all the items and immediately left the store as I was offended by her unwanted instant comments about my size and disrespectful behavior. I rarely write comments, but hopefully Laura's HR team will consider this feedback.
