Canada Post

Line-ups are always long at this location. The staff is quite slow and there is ever only 1 staff working the counter.I had a package that I paid for at the Canada Post counter to ship out, only to have Canada Post return it to me a week later due to incorrect postage! Which I wasn't aware of as I had paid for my package at the counter, and a staff member had rung it through and accepted the package in the first place under that postage.I swung by this location to talk to someone to correct this issue or credit me. Staff claims only the manager can handle this and to have me come back tomorrow. I wasn't willing to come back as this package needed to go out ASAP. Staff ended up calling the manager only for the manager to pass the bucket and wanted me to call Canada Post to have them deal with the credit issue. Fine, but I still needed the package to be sent out. Staff reprinted the same postage sticker to stick on my package, the exact same postage that got my package sent back in the first place even though I had explained the issue in the beginning. So she tried to input my package under a different type (parcel instead of letter) and was quoting me double what Canada Post had claimed to be the amount I needed to pay to get this package properly delivered! I pointed out the amount outstanding on the package that Canada Post had stuck on, and somehow, she managed to ring it through under that price after much calculation and adjusting (and not the double price point).It feels like this Canada Post location has no idea what they are doing and are clearly price gouging. Don't bother coming here to mail packages!

Away line up wait for long time with a lazy and no responsibility worker, the top worse one , if I can give no star I will , really bad

Never had a problem shipping out and receiving numerous packages. I have received polite and timely service whenever I am here. Sometimes there is a line and customers can get cranky but these post office employees do their best to make sure the line moves quickly and everyone gets good service.

They Loose packages before they ship them, or do not ship them properly.It happened twice, than I come there they ask to live pakages for amazon on the side. If you do not need a receipt. Well out five packages I dropped of 3 are shipped and two are not shopped.... Amazon will not give me a refund.

I never had any bad experience with this location. You have to choose your options properly when you ship. Prices are decided by Canada Post not the store. I never leave without taking my receipt. 4 stars just because too busy and longer wait other than no issue

Extremely terrible service. Brought my slip in to get my passport and the lady working didn't give both. Had to rush around and call passport canada to figure out that my mothers passport came in as well. The delivery lady was even worse she rang the doorbell and left because my dog was barking i ran outside to wave at her bc she was at the house next door and she looked me straight in the eye and walked away. Worse part was my mom went in today to grab her passport and the lady working there said they don't give the passports unless the customer asks for it like what???? I brought the slip thats you're one and only damn job. These ppl get payed way too much to serve you attitude on a platter. Best advice: hire more deserving people

Wait is usually long, workers sure take their time . Place seems organized, staff is fairly knowledgeable unfortunately they are usually still counting tills well after 9am.

Rude old lady working there. Manager defends her when I confront him about it. They should close the entire post office at this Shoppers. This is no way to be treating people…
