I came here because of their high rating google rating and they did not disappoint!My bike's rear wheel was bent for a while and the axle seemed to be getting loose as well. So, I brought in to these guys and they suggested the $100 tune-up and, since this bike hadn't been taken care of in long time, I thought it was time.I just picked it up and they were able to fix the wheel so it is like new! The bike was spotless as they cleaned everything including the messy gears and chain which were caked in oil and dirt clumps (don't judge me).Anyway, I have never been here before but I will not go anywhere else again. Great job to the whole team.BTW, they were always welcoming and friendly whenever I came in. IT was a pleasure doing business with them.

Simply the best bike shop I have been to! They will greet you as soon as you walk through the door and are always happy to help you find anything you need. I have been Mountain biking for over 20 years and heave dealt with many repairs at various shops. I can assure you that Cycle Life outperforms any other shop pertaining to cost to fix, quality of work and most importantly getting your bike back to you ASAP.I have worked in customer service for most of my life, so I know when a shop is giving me a 5 star service experience, and every time I walk into the shop I get that same 5 star service. Cycle life has been my go to shop for some time now and I have never left there feeling neglect or wanting a better service/experience. Simply the BEST!!! I cannot stress this enough. Go in and find out for yourself

Very helpful and honest. I called about a tool that I only need to use once. They called me back to let me know they found the piece to fix my issue. Thank you so much guys your awesome. Sorry I'm not a peddle biker. More like motorcycle!

While it may not be the biggest store, it's a shop with genuine people who are kind and have passion for bicycles and just love bikes. That's what makes it the shop that it is. Highly recommend.

The review I get from the owner is that the rears wear more. It’s disc brakes I use both breaks for hard stops. In the end of the day you guys had my bike in the shop for over 1 week, I had to call the shop to see if it was done. The bike tune up is minimal, I should of complained about the spongy rear brake at first but I didn’t, two seasons of riding does not include two full years of riding, a few times in summer don’t equal a full year of riding. I mean at least you guys replaced my tire bent rim. Other than that the tune up was not done right.How does this place have 5 stars, I have done one tune up on my bike they charged me over 100 for and they even forgot about my service order that I had to call to see if the bike was ready, and the brakes are depleted on the rear exactly 2 seasons later of minimal riding, but the front brakes are still going strong from when I bought the bike and I don’t ride muchI lost my receipt so I couldn’t come back. Sad to see that they have 5 stars. My records are still with this place for that one service order.

Fantastic customer service. Quicker then expected turn around. Professional and very friendly team. Had my 3 bikes fixed, 1 was done within few mins at no charge, 2 were returned perfectly done the next day. Very happy with Cycle Life.

These guys understand customer service. They are in it to earn and keep your business for the long haul. Total confidence in their technical advice and support. Cant say enough good things about my experiences over the years.

My motorcycle had some issues today outside there shoppe. Some gentleman from this store came out to help brought me out and Allen key and zip ties to re attach my license plate. All out of the kindness of his heart. God bless people like this. I would imagine there service would be the same and therefore would recommend to anyone. Thanks again for you help and rescue today
