Very bad experience in regards to customer service with a particular individual here. She was rude, neglectful, and just over all did not care about me as a customer. Also, getting through to someone by phone or email is a struggle. They made many mistakes on their end which caused a lot of inconvenience for me, misinformation was definitely one of them. I definitely would not recommend the shepherd group to anyone after experiencing this. I would have much rather contacted the insurer directly. Many reviews seem manipulated. Best to avoid.
