Holiday Inn Express & Suites Milton, an IHG Hotel

We stayed here with my daughter's fastball team for a tournament. The head coach asked for a block of rooms when we booked the hotel a few months in advance. When we checked in, instead of having the team all on one floor, we were dispersed throughout the hotel. Do they not understand what blocking a number of rooms" means? At check-in our room only had 2 towels for 4 people. The hotel was short on room towels and we didn't get extras until the next day. At pool time the hotel had 6 pool towels for 17 kids

Rooms VERY dirty. Evident that it had not been vacuumed in quite some time. Beds appeared clean after a very thorough check. Dried soap and hair stuck to the shower walls. Fuzz, particles and debris on the floor. The tiled area by the door had salty foot prints. Tape stuck to the walls where previous occupants had presumably hung decorations. No towels for the pool- we were given hand towels as an alternative. Would not recommend and will not attend again.
