Ray's Moving & Storage

Ray’s Moving moved me on Dec 7, 2022. The moving team of Theo, Dale, and Nolan were efficient, excellent, and kind. I did not once feel uncomfortable around them. All three were polite, appropriate, and did a good job. My things were inventoried, all except a few random pieces left until the end; all furniture was wrapped; and the team worked hard. My furniture and things are heavy, and were moved from the condo down a long hallway to the elevator, from the elevator up the handi ramp out of the building, and then up the ramp into the truck. And it was a cold day. No comments were made about how much stuff I have, which a customer does not need to hear on moving day because they already know how much stuff they have. Barry in the office was helpful and I liked him too. Moving is never perfect and can be stressful. Based on my recent experience, I would recommend this company if you have to move.

Just excellent service from this moving company. Goods were picked up in Arizona and moved back to Regina Sk. All padded, wrapped, or boxed. Delivery was very smoothly done by Nick, Dale and Kris . Highly recommend this moving company.

Barry Woolhether and the team at Ray's did a great job in handling my move on December 1 & 2, 2022. Prior to my load date, Barry provided me with my quote and the assurance of a pick up and delivery on the dates that I required. At loading, Tyler and Corey were excellent. They had my house loaded on the truck by early afternoon which allowed me to get to my destination in plenty of time for delivery the following day. They took care and attention with my glass items and furniture that needed wrapping.The deliver the next morning was right on time. Kris and Nolan made quick work of the delivery exactly how I requested putting most of the boxes and furniture in the basement and the items I wanted to access, upstairs. They made everything easy to get to and ensured that it was to my satisfaction before leaving.Big thanks to Barry and all the team at Ray's that helped with my move process - they really took the stress of moving off my busy list in the month of December!

I recently went to assist a friend moving. She had hired Ray’s Moving and Storage to do the majority of the haul. I was rather impressed by the level of professionalism and care we received from their employees. One that stood out in particular was Dale. He had such a positive and energetic personality, while working hard and moving quite a few of the bigger items on his own. A huge thank you to Dale and the team for making my friends move easy and stress free. Would definitely recommend.

Dale Felix did a great job helping me move last time. He handled everything quickly but with care and attention. My move was in good hands with Dale, Colton and the rest of the Ray’s team!

Had no choice on the company as it was a government contract. Having worked for North American van lines previously I was pretty disappointed in how unprofessional the whole service was. I know the level of service we held at Mackies for all moves and especially government contracts. Load and pack no issues, items went to long term storage ( not sure how it will all come out in a year ). Sent an inventory list back to have some items pulled out of storage and delivered. ( for a fee of course ) Items partially delivered as they couldn’t locate half of the sofa and other large items. Then almost a 4 week wait for rest of the items. Moving crew showed up stoned and stinking of weed. Brought items in and left the whole set up box and walked away. Nothing was set up. Not going to bother contacting the company as it took 5 attempts just to get them to send me a copy of the invoice. Quick to say pre pay NOW or no delivery but no follow up.

Avoid unless you want to be ripped off!This company is terrible. They quote 50% less than they actually charge, then state that additional fees must be added because of weight". My girlfriend

Lack of communication from the office. Improper notification of truck arrival. No contact for unpacker arrival.Unloading and unpack crews were professional, helpful and courteous.
