Very great experience purchasing our vehicle. Aaron was knowledgeable and very helpful. If we asked questions he found the answers quickly. It was very relaxing dealing here. Never felt pressured and never felt rushed. Jim in the finance was great to work with. Very easy going and we were never pressured. Would recommend this dealer highly.

We were very impressed with our new vehicle purchase at Volkswagen Lethbridge. Tacy was quick to reply to all of our questions and was very helpful and patient with us. The laid back atmosphere was very comforting when we came in, leaving us feeling reassured and excited. We will be back!

Aaron was the best car salesman we have ever dealt with. He was honest and upfront about some cosmetic damage and even had pictures on his phone to show us. He stayed late on a Saturday to make sure all our questions were answered. We had gone to multiple other dealerships/used car lots and he was the first to actually help us with what we needed. We went home with the perfect car for us 3 days later! Thanks Aaron!

Purchased a flasher relay the other day, part arrived on time so no issues there. Put the prt in and the issue wasn’t remedied so I went back to the dealership to see if they could test it to make sure it wasn’t faulty. Guy behind the desk seemed very reluctant to ask a tech to test the part, his demeanour made me feel like I was wasting his time. Got the part tested and came back and said both the new part and my old part appeared functional. I then asked if I could return the new part as I’d purchased it the day before, to which he replied no with attitude. It’s fine if it’s company policy to not return electronics (would be helpful also to be told this at time of purchase), but the “you’re wasting my time” attitude is in my opinion totally unnecessary. Especially considering he was standing in the foyer chatting with a coworker when I walked in (ostensibly not working on anything). Would have liked to rely on their service dept’s wealth of knowledge but I don’t think I will return to Lethbridge Volkswagen.

I just recently bought a vehicle from Aaron at Lethbridge Volkswagen and overall it was a good experience. Aaron is absolutley amazing at what he does. He really is the only reason I bought from this dealership (besides the fact I wanted a tiguan). I would reccomend you buying from him for sure!I did want to also shout out some other amazing people who I came in contact with during my short time there. Tacy, Neil, and Jim are all great to deal with as well!I’m very thankful that the general manager, Tyler was able to get what needed fixed, fixed but the situation could’ve been handled better in my opinion. I wasn’t super happy with how I was treated by him.Overall, it’s been a good experience so far so I would still recommend this dealership!

If you need repairs done to your vw I suggest you find another place to get them done and there’s many places in Lethbridge.Dropped my car off to see if they could fit it in and after a couple days had to go get it. After being told there so busy there’s no guarantee they’d see it. Turns out the service guy tells me I owe a bill for testing andhis tech spent 2 hours driving it around when the mileage in and out was less than a kilometre. And on top of that they say I need a new transmission. With absolutely no proof of this being the case.I can’t believe they’d think that lying to a customer is any way to build trust when saying it’s a multi thousand dollar fix and absolutely zero proof that this was the case.Will never be going back to this unscrupulous dealer. Low and behold after I posted this the bill along with the recommendation to replace transmission and bill for 75 dollars they wanted has been changed to zero owing and no replace transmission. Gotta love a company that can’t speak the truth.

I had a wonderful experience with Lethbridge Volkswagen. This is the third VW car I’ve owned; I traded in my Tiguan for an Atlas. Dawson Brolund was wonderful to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and incredibly easy going. He ensured that I was happy with every part of the transaction and I appreciated that so much! Jim Black in the Finance department also was very helpful and worked to secure exactly what I needed.Thank you Lethbridge Volkswagen for my gorgeous ride! I spend a lot of time in my car as I travel extensively for work and I’m very excited to drive this beautiful vehicle!

I Cannot Deal With This Dealership Any Longer !!!Every single time I have got my car serviced here, in the last few months and leave this dealership my engine light keeps going back on. Which it never has before.Back to December I had an oil change and replaced the fuel filter. As soon as I left the dealership my engine light goes on for the first time, and I had no vehicle for the whole Christmas weekend. I had to get it towed in and after Boxing day.. they tell me I had to replace the coil pack which I just replaced a year ago, and spark plugs and some wires. Ok so I fixed it. Cost me close to $1000. Just two days ago, I go in so they can replace my daytime lights and I asked for them to scan the car because my car was shaking while idling. They bring back the car and they didn’t scan it properly and told me come back another day and it would take about an hr and a half of more service to figure out what the issue is. I was there on my day off and had time, so make time! Of course now my engine light is back on AGAIN and having trouble accelerating with barely any power. I am fully aware I have high kms on my vehicle. That being said, I do all the maintenance on my car consistently and regularly. I have never had a problem with my car having maintenance done in Calgary at the Volkswagen dealerships before. And all of a sudden my car keeps breaking down constantly by these guys.I don’t know what’s going on with your techs back there in the shop, but they need to give their head a shake. I am starting to believe that they are unplugging stuff and half breaking parts just so the customer can keep coming back just to get more work done.Absolutely vile !!!You just lost yourself a loyal customer.

Service review only as I did not purchase from them. They did the requested repairs quickly, they gave me a breakdown of repairs do i could shop around and were Frank about repairs best done elsewhere (like installing a hitch). They were very patient with me being a newbie car owner and being unclear in my requests.

I always have the best experience when I take my Volkswagen in for service. From the minute I call to make an appointment, to the time I drive away, I am always left impressed and satisfied.I want to specifically call out the service team, especially Shelli, Mike, Andrew and Jason. Gess at the front counter is also wonderful to interact with. This team is so accommodating and professional from start to finish.I am grateful for the service and relationship I have with my Volkswagen dealer, and definitely love my VW product.
