5-6 employees behind, I waited over 20 minutes for my coffee while people that came after me got their drinks one after the other. Bad experience overall

Ordered 2 decaf caramel frappucino and they gave me 2 vanilla frappucino. not being a regular I asked the barista" why isn't there coffee in this drink and her answer was that a decaf frappucino comes without coffee. Starbucks website menu says differently

7.00$ for a full glass of ice and one old strawberry cut into 5 pieces.After six regular sips my venti size strawberry matcha latte was finished.I had asked the server that it was unacceptable, and was told next time to order with no ice at all!I'm very disappointed with service and beverage!!

Here is a quick suggestion to the staff, at one point, stop taking orders and process what's already there. The place was packed and felt like an emergency room for a bit, and people were confused about what order was ready and wasn't.Clearly lacking management. Otherwise it's Starbucks, the food and drinks were like everywhere else.

My recent visit to Starbucks was highly unsatisfactory. I had to wait for 30 minutes for my venti mocha, which was far too long. The mocha itself was disappointing, in taste. The service was lackluster, with overwhelmed staff and a chaotic atmosphere. I hope Starbucks addresses these issues and improves their customer experience.

The slowest service ever. It takes and average of 4-5 minutes for one drink to be served, all while employees are talking, joking around and lazily going through orders.
