Erin the A.T.
Erin is INCREDIBLE.I started visiting Erin because I've had a couple muscles that seem to keep getting tight. The initial adjustments from massage therapists, and chiropractors fix the issue temporarily, but there's an underlying cause of why the muscles keep getting tight.Within a few minutes Erin was able to discover the imbalances in my body and gave me exercises to improve the body. Not only did she work through the exercises with me to ensure the correct form, she also took the time to teach me how these muscles, ligaments, skeleton, and fascia work with each other.I'll be continuing to work with Erin as she helps me improve my body and keep my strength and flexibility the best they've ever been.10/10! Would reccomend.

Erin is very professional, knowledgeable, and has many years of experience working as an athletic therapist! Erin provided me with an assessment, treatment, and timely follow up appointments to help me work through a sport related injury that was pressured by a short timeline so I could return playing for the rest of the season. Erin provided clear instructions, demonstrations, follow up e-mails with plans and directions, and a gradual return to explosive movements needed in my sport. Through the work with Erin, I was able to achieve my goal of working through the injury and returning to the sport in a short timeframe!
