Beware of these rip-off artists. They gave me a quote and I agreed on the amount.I signed a contract to pay by cheque. Then without my permission, they charged my Credit card a higher amount than the quote. Rip-off, and because they charged my Credit card instead of letting me pay by cheque as our contract stated, my credit card charged me a fee for going over my limit! (They had my credit card info from a previous transaction the year before). I was not late at all in paying. They are just devious, deceptive, and underhanded.
