I had a problem with a leak between the sink basket and the drain pipe that was beyond my ability to fix. So called Hayes in to have a look at the problem. The plumber arrived and was friendly and courteous and had a solution for me in minutes and finished the fix within half an hour. The cost was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to call Hayes for my future plumbing needs.

The technician was on time, personable, and professional. I have a Niagara stealth" toilet that for the past two years has sounded like an F-18 taking off from an aircraft carrier. He tamed it in about 20 minutes; now it sounds like an actual toilet

I had a water back up problem today. Kyle from Hayes plumbing arrived & said he was not leaving til the issue was resolved, & he did. What a great, determined, trustworthy, hard working young man. Called for an appointment and Jeff showed up on time, told me he'd have a quote by the next day. I waited 3 days with no email, no phone call, nothing, then tried to contact him and he wont reply.If you didn't want to do the job JUST TELL ME!! Don't ghost me.
