Awesome and Clean.At 630am we were the only vehicle in the wash. The bays were clean, no mud, and bright. The staff was washing the dividers when we pulled in. The handles and hoses were even clean!The undercarriage wash is in every bay, connected to the soap function. The rolling rotating cart is a bonus. It fit quite well under the truck. It was high pressure enough to feel through the floor of the vehicle.The soap brush was working, with no broken hoses, and ample soap. All the hoses in fact were in great condition, and rotated on their arms smoothly.The high pressure soap had sufficient pressure, to clean the vehicle well.The ticket feature was interesting. It's a timed wash, using tickets to be paid at the end of the wash, so don't toss your ticket!Overall, it makes a nasty messy job, just that much more tolerable, when everything functions and is clean.

Horrendous. I have never been treated like this in my entre life. I felt violated, degraded and humiliated.Car wash service HORRIFIC.I came by for an automatic car wash and trying to figure out how the steps were to get my car washed. Instruction was very unclear, therefore I just drove in to the wash area. Suddenly I hear someone coming out of the car wash office YELLING. I clearly made a mistake by driving in the car to quick so the jet didn't start (still trying to figure out how that car wash mecanisme work) which mean you don't have to yell. Not only she kept yelling by providing super poor instruction, her facial expression were disturbing. You don't treat people like that and also how can you (organisation) be ok to have someone like this representing your company ?I was shaking from this expérience and went to the manager. Very sweet lady, patiently listening to my expérience. One thing that made me a bit upset again was the manager kept doubting me by giving reason how that clerk at the car wash was tired, won best customer service and loved by everyone. The manager later offered me a free car wash next visit. I politely declined as my intention were not to get a free car wash but to come forward and tell you guys how awful the expérience felt.Lastly I am leaving you guys a review here hopefully this will have a little impact and provide full training to your staff to better their skills.

Literally, the best car wash in the city. Really friendly staff and the bays are super clean. Just the right amount of water pressure and the rates are better than most of the other washes in town.

Best car wash in GP. Lots of soap and water is always hot. Has underspray trolley and vacuums work really well.

This might well be the best wand wash I have ever been to. Only bad thing is that's not in the city I live in. Hot water, undercarriage sprayer, great soap and foam brush. I go here every time I'm in GP.

Thoroughly enjoy paying for all the minutes you stand in line

Crazy expensive. Forget about the automatic wash. $14 and the rotating brushes go over the car once. They didn’t reach the center 3’ of the trunk so I still had to finish it in the driveway. Lousy job on mirrors too. The “laser” high pressure water only automatic washers like at Co-op do a much better job and cost less.The manual bays are better but very expensive too. Easy to drop $20 to wash a medium dirty pickup. They do have an under body sprayer which works well to get winter salt/dirt off the bottom.

Went through the hand wash entrance, powerful wand . Place was clean and well looked after. My second time there. Reasonable rates,friendly staff.

Sparks brothers car wash has out standing service, grate Employees, and you will always get a grate experience. They have everything you can think of that a car wash should have, fresh hot water, heated inside, a big open Space for those people that are claustrophobic, many different modes to clean your car from the inside out. I tell you, there soap is the best quality soup I've ever used on my car.

Total rip off. No rates posted. Outrageous charge PER MINUTE at $1.50/minute. Every other wand car wash is $2 coin for 3-4 minutes. Here is it approximately triple that. Don’t get ripped off by these scam artists.
