Ancient Cedar Wellness

Jaimy has been using a combination of acupuncture and osteopathy to help me with an injury I sustained from a bad fall. I have so far been very impressed by this centre. She is very knowledgeable and confident in her approach. One of the problems I was having was addressed after the first visit.

I've been going to Ancient Cedar for massage, osteopathy & acupuncture for ~10 months and have had wonderful experiences. From an administrative perspective, appointment booking is easy and they are very communicative about waiting list/cancellation appointment opportunities when needed. The care I've received from both Allie and Jaimy has been superb as I've been on the slow journey of healing a herniated disc. Importantly, I have found the clinic very accessible and inclusive. As a fat person, it's common to experience chairs and equipment that is not accessible for fat bodies and practitioners who are dehumanizing and harmful. My experiences at Ancient Cedar have been not only physically accessible (e.g., strong tables that can accommodate heavier bodies), but also extremely safe, friendly, and non-judgmental. Highly recommend!

I have been seeing the amazing practitioners at Ancient Cedar for over 5 years now - more recently adding Jaimy Chua to my care team. I dont know where I would be without them. Highly recommend to anyone needing someone to help fix almost any issue - they have resolved so many ongoing health concerns for me and allow me to live my life without pain.

Jaimy is a wealth of knowledge. Shoulder pain-gone; plantar fasciitis-gone, sense of smell post covid-back. You will not be disappointed, her holistic approach to helping you is outstanding. She has also helped my husband who was not getting better at another clinic he was attedning. I suggested he see Jaimy and like magic he was healed.

Jaimy & Allie have quite literally saved my mobility. I have an extremely debilitating pain condition and could barely function when I first started to visit them. Through them I have found massive relief and have recovered a ton of mobility and functionality again. If you are curious about osteopathy and/or massage therapy this is the team for you.
