My sister and I had a really good experience here. It was our first time piercing, and we did it on Halloween night! We were running late, but Mr.Jeffrey patiently waited for us. He was willing to call and gave us directions to the place. We knew it was already passed their closing time, but we got really nervous and asked a lot of questions. Mr. Jeffrey, with the best attitude and patience, kindly answered all of our concerns, and he was so gentle, fast and professional doing the piercing for us. He also gave us very detailed instructions on how to take care of the piercing at home.Our pierces are healing well !!!It was such a good choice going to this place. We had to drive further than the place in Wolfville, but we received an excellent service with so much better price. Thank you again!!!

I got my nose pierced a year ago & it was fantastic. Eventually ended up trying to replace my stud myself and after a few months it closed up since I wasn’t paying much attention to it. I came in today to get it redone & not only were the staff super welcoming, but Jeff totally walked me through the process again and we laughed!I was embarrassed but he made me feel so comfortable. If you’re silly like me & neglect your nose piercing or if you’re just looking to get a nose pierced in general this is the place to be.

Steve was very professional and made sure my bracelet tattoo was perfect before he even started. Definitely will go back!!

This was from an appointment a few weeks ago now. Overall experience was good, piercer was fantastic, but the customer service at the front was definitely was lacking.My experience with the piercer was great! Quick, friendly, gave me clear healing instructions, etc. The place was also very clean and cost was very reasonable. When one of my beads came off the jewelry the same day and I popped back in, he replaced it no questions asked. :)For the customer service part...I walked in for the piercing appointment and there were two people being tattooed in plain sight, in view of the front desk, but nobody said a word to me to see what I was there for. The girl being tattooed and her friend looked at me, but the tattooist didn't acknowledge me at all, neither did the other artist behind a privacy screen. I had a friend with me and we were chatting so it wasn't a secret I was standing at the front desk. I waited almost 10 mins before I finally spoke up to one of the tattooists and said excuse me, I have an appointment for piercing" and they went to get the piercer. From then on it was fantastic though!"

I've heard good things about this place from other people. When my daughter wanted to get her ears pierced this is the location of that was highly recommended. They treated her very very good and they were very nice to her. The cost was not overly expensive at all.It was very clean and professional especially during the pandemic. I have absolutely no complaints and I thank them for their wonderful service

Haven't gotten a tattoo here in a while but it's probably one of the best places to go I find even compared to Moncton. Wife got a piercing there recently and she seemed extremely happy with how it went. Would 100% recommend this place.
