Love this shop!!!! They help build up our local trails, super friendly, great prices for tune-ups and George and Sebastian are incredibly knowledgeable. Thanks dudes

I went there to fix my daughter's bike. The guys are friendly and professional. The entire experience is amazing. I just left the bike there and got it ready the next day. They changed the brakes of the bike, examed other parts, and offered me a good deal. And the bike looks brand new now. If I need another bicycle I would definitely go to their store. Now my daughter can enjoy her spring break with her bicycle. Thanks so much.

I want to commend Sebastian on the amazing customer service. I went in looking for a specialized ebike but wasnt sure which one i wanted. He took his time explaining each one, set me up to test ride quite a few of them and really took his time to make sure i make the right decision (and i really wanted to make the wrong one hah). I ended up settling on a specialized como 5 igh in large and i cannot wait for it to arrive.A lot of businesses should take note on how to handle customer service from these guys. Both Sebastian and the guy working service were top notch (sorry man, forgot your name)! Hope the owner takes note and treats them well, they're the reason i purchased a 7500$ bike.

Went to Caps in Port Moody with my girlfriend. We ended up purchasing two great bikes with the help of Sebastian. He was kind, patient, courteous and very knowledgeable. He throughly answered all our questions, taking his time to explain and help us find exactly what we were looking for. We left very satisfied with our purchase and much more informed about bicycles than when we walked in. He also lead us in the right direction for accessories and a new bike rack. Thanks Sebastian!

Outstanding bike store. Norm was knowledgeable about the bikes and patient as I test rode some and then finally made a decision. I also got great service (and discounts) when I added a couple of accessories. The two other gentlemen who helped me were also excellent. Also important….the store is located in an area that allows for easy test riding. If you are looking for an ebike, I highly recommend Cap’s in Port Moody.

Amazing customer service! I have been to Cap’s almost every day this week as my husband and I are finally getting back into cycling and we needed new tires, and a couple other things. Sebastian has been tremendously helpful. He is very knowledgeable and clearly passionate about bikes! George was also very generous to adjust my husband’s brakes while I was finalizing a purchase. Caps Port Moody sales and service people are great! So glad I purchased my ebike there! I called after bit of a bike crash and they had me come in right away to check out the bike! Love my IGo Discovery Berri from Caps!

Lost a couple of calliper bolts for my sons bike and came in to see if I could buy a pack or order new ones and they went in the back and came out with some spares and told me not to worry. Great customer service. Will be back for sure.
