Craig is a superior realtor! My wife and I were looking to move from a condo to a detached home in the Lower Mainland. As many know, it is a hot market and can be difficult to navigate as properties move quickly at prices higher than asking. His enthusiasm, thoughtfulness and market resourcefulness (he has fantastic mortgage broker, home inspector, lawyer, and moving connections too) exceeded our expectations. Throughout the entire process, with its many ups and downs, Craig was always available and willing to assist us.We ended up seeing about 20 homes (likely more; we lost count), making about 4 offers. With every offer, Craig put together a personalized video to connect with the seller. We feel, without those customized videos, we might still be searching for our forever home.My wife and I cannot recommend his services enough.
