Being a student, I was having trouble finding a rental close to my university and around my expected move in date, even after several viewings. Amit was referred to me by a friend, and within a couple of days of showings, I was able to find a quality place that suited my needs and was in my budget. He was professional and was able to suggest places that were appropriate for me. It was important for me that an agent did not rush me to place an offer or pick a place I was not completely satisfied with, and Amit ensured all my questions and concerns were addressed. Will definitely work with him again and recommend him to others!

Amit was referred to us by a friend. Amit is new to real estate with 1 year experience as an agent. We wanted to help Amit by giving him an opportunity to establish himself. We asked Amit for his advice on market projections and the pricing of our unit. Amit ignored our questions and was unable to offer any input on our inquiries. Amit's communication style is unprofessional and unclear. It was difficult to reschedule meeting times with Amit as he was often unavailable for at least 1.5 weeks, possibly because this is his second job. He did not have an office for client meetings as well. We ultimately decided against using Amit as our realtor due to his poor personal character. Despite Amit Ahluwalia’s amended response to my review, this is an honest review and I am able to support all statements and threat received.

Amit has been wonderful throughout the process. He helped me secure the unit in less than 4 days! He went above and beyond during showings and was always on time. As a person moving into Toronto for the first time, he made the process smooth. Always responsive and puts my requirements first. Thank you for making leasing a breeze!

Amit is an outstanding Real Estate agent and here is why, buying with Amit is a no pressure sale, he never pushes his costumers to lock down on a sale for the sake of selling or buying, his willingness for the costumer satisfaction is first for him, always making sure the buyer is fully satisfied with his or her purchase.
