Had multiple problems with 'service' provided. General manager said she'd contact us regarding post service issues. That was over 2 months ago and no word yet. Bill is paid and we are not returning.UPDATE: Still no return call like 2 years later.

Excellent service rendered by all and they like my dog. Love that they maintain and clean your system. They donate, volunteer and mentor youths.My dog LOVES them all.

Absolute joke how they think they can treat people, they have absolutley no respect for their customers and suppliers i first hand have had to deal with one of youre workers disrespectful tone telling me what im gonna do so im sorry but thats not how you run a good buisness, you need to have a second check on your rude workers

Our non-profit has received consistent excellent service from everyone at Mosaic. Their prices are very competitive and their techs are knowledgeable and friendly! It's also really great that they do community fundraising for children's charities here in Nanaimo!
