I want to thank Star again for the excellent service. When my plane landed last week I discovered I had missed my flight, which happened to be the last one going back to Seattle. As it was a weather delay they would not offer me a free flight. I called and had excellent service from the moment someone answered the phone! They were kind and friendly with me, and I felt better about my situation - at a reasonable price they said the would drive me to Seattle no problem! They had someone to the airport in THIRTY MINUTES! - I hadn't even cleared customs yet! The vehicle was well maintained, freshly cleaned even had cool water awaiting me! I will definitely use this service again once I am in Vancouver again. The driver had customs papers for me to fill out and was very nice and professional! Even crossing the boarder went well and smoother then I would have expected. Will definitely be using this service again, and recommending to everyone I know!

Exceptional Service! The company went out of its way to make our anniversary truly spectacular and delivered on all fronts. We rented the luxury limo van. It was perfect and spacious for us and our wedding party. It was nice facing each other and there was enough headroom. Thank you Johan for being part of our big day! You were punctual and helpful!

We arrived at the Vancouver airport and could not find our transfer to the hotel. We didn't even have the name of the hotel we were staying at as our paper work for the tour didn't mention the name.The gentleman who was from Star Limousines was most helpful in helping us navigate through the hotel's to find ours, he even rang the hotel to confirm our reservations.If this is the service they give to non passengers then I will be definitely recommended booking with them.

Star is an incredible company to work with! Be it an airport transfer in a SUV or showing up to a movie set in a stretch limo, Star always takes care of our wish kids! The staff at Star is always very accommodating, reliable, and friendly. The reservation process is fantastic; very fast and they always offer helpful suggestions to ensure your trip will run smoothly. An excellent airport transfer in a comfortable vehicle and a professional driver on both occasions we used them. Pick-up was on time and the driver was polite and friendly.

My family used Star Limousine Services for the trip from YVR to Whistler and back for our spring break vacation. The experience was excellent. The SUV was spacious, clean and comfortable. Our driver, Milan, was top notch. Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and personable. His driving was impeccable. He communicated with us by phone and text to make sure we were on the same page with regard to the arrangements both coming and going. When none of us were sleeping, he would describe points of interest along the route. He is a credit to your business.We would highly recommend Star Limousine to other travelers.
