Metro Vancouver Regional District employee, driving an official MVRD truck, attempted to run me off the road this morning all the while looking right at me and laughing. He demonstrated no regard for the safety of anyone on the road. Called Metro Vancouver and waiting on response how they'll handle this. Newer white Ford Ranger, Metro Vancouver Regional District markings, #Z0019, license plate RJ 0788. ***Rating 1 star because Google Reviews doesn't allow zero stars to post***
