Pandanus Thai Restaurant
Decided to give this new Thai restaurant a try after hearing about it a few months ago. So happy we stopped! Such a lovely experience!! The service was superb, the meal so flavourful and delicious! We started with the mussels and for the main my husband had the drunken shrimp which were huge and he said very tasty with a nice heat and I had the green curry. Fantastic! Do not skip desert try the cheesecake! This is our new fav place and we will most certainly be going back!

Everything is fantastic at this restaurant. The ambiance is on point the service is fantastic and the best part is the food I’m not lying. This is one of my favourite restaurants in town. I’ve been coming here for a few months now and it’s consistent every time they have unique dishes, I can’t say enough good about the restaurant. Please support local !Kolby Kafer

Pandanus Thai Restaurant
This is a wonderful place for an intimate dining experience! Start with the atmosphere. The owner has imported genuine Thai light fixtures and dishware (and lots more) to provide a real Thai feel to the place. You are greeted by wonderfully helpful and engaged staff who take the time to explain and help you enjoy the experience. Finally, the food is brilliant! Everything is authentic and home cooked! Our favourite place in West Kelowna!

We had Pad Thai which disappointed: noodles with a bit of sauce.We had asked to replace the shrimp with chicken which was done cheerfully. Nothing like the dish Zabb has pleased us with.Then the chicken wings: all scrawny with very little meat or flavour. The chicken satay was delicious.The service was good, too.Overall, nothing like the other reviews. It must have been an exception. I am no good at saying these things during the meal which would be better.Nonetheless, we are happy to have you in our area and hope for a better experience.

This restaurant is by far my favorite restaurant in the valley the food is amazing but the staff and service are even better!! They stayed open even after closing to serve us and even afterwards stayed to chat with us, they make you feel like family I can not recommend this restaurant enough! Check them out you will not be disappointed!!!

First of all, congratulations on opening and thank you for bringing a lovely new restaurant to our area! Last night we ordered take-out and are sharing our feedback as we'd like to see you succeed.The drunken prawns dish was nice, but the portion was tiny! It was more like half a portion and the vegetables needed doubling, at least. Especially for the price. The pad thai was dry. We asked for extra spicy and our dishes were all very mild. The spring rolls were ok". Overall

The food here is so good. We order papaya salad, Tom yum soup and pad Thai, food came out quick and was delicious. Our server (I forgot to ask for her name but she is from Indonesia) was very attentive and nice. will definitely come back!

It’s great having a Thai place in West Kelowna! We were overall happy with the food - there was one small issue where the inside of my spring rolls were still frozen. However, they quickly resolved the issue for us and comped the spring rolls.We felt the prices were fair and the portions were large. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for some decent Thai food.

Decided to stop and give this place a try and it’s now going to be my new fav in West Kelowna! Awesome ambiance, amazing service, delicious dish and great beer. Thanks again for the great dinner. We will be back again soon.

Pandanus Thai Restaurant
This place makes our night. Our server was one of the nicest and most welcoming servers we ever had. The food was great and quick... just delicious. Definitely, we will be back for more. The atmosphere and feeling of the place are very friendly, clean and relaxing. Our family with little baby was welcome and treated sweetly.
