Consistently tasty food and AMAZING customer service from all staff. I have developed a fairly regimented shawarma diet because of this place. As far as price goes - in Guelph, the price is usually higher and in my experience the customer service is lower than other towns - I will gladly pay for amazing and sincere service. Also, finding quality beef shawarma is near impossible.

My daughter went here and received poor service and attitude from a new staff member. The store and employee have since apologized. Their Operations Manager ,as well as, Malik, have provided Exceptional Customer Service. I understand people are new and need assistance/training so I am giving them a zero for service on that day but a five for recognizing and fixing a problem. Awesome follow up from Malik at the Stone Road location. Look forward to trying it once again.

When it was my turn in line, staff member just stared at me until I ordered. Didn't say hello, or how can I help you. I ordered and was told I'd have to wait 10minutes for my food. No thank you!

Horrible experience ordered a 14 dollars sandwich that was all salad with a tiny scoop of chicken this is not a shawarma sandwich it’s a salad wrap at 14 dollars and owner of the store was extremely rude ask for refund cause I wasn’t satisfied as a customer and called me DUMB saying I don’t know what’s a chicken shawarma sandwichWORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

The best fast food experience I've ever had. The staff was a very nice helpful man who helped me understand the menu. Super tasty felafel potato dish. You've got a return customer here!

We ate at Pita Land this evening and it was an extremely disappointing experience. I ordered a chicken shawarma box to share with my wife, which was really just a few scoops of rice and a medium measuring cup of chicken. Yes, they actually measure out the amount of chicken and weigh it before putting it in the box. Even with some garlic sauce, it was still extremely bland. Definitely not worth the $10 plus tax.I understand that it's fast food"
