I have been seeing Zhenzhen for acupuncture sessions for a while now and she really helped me a lot with my issues! I have bad back pain from sitting in front of computer and after one or two sessions with her, I felt better.Also she helped me with my sleep, I used to wake up a lot during the night and after a few sessions I can sleep better now!Highly recommend ZhenZhen!

Dr. Evan is the best! After my first treatment I felt like a million bucks!This place is awesome!! The staff is helpful, nice, welcoming and accommodating.I had sciatica pain which traveled down my leg. I could barely walk without extreme pain. I was referred to Dr. Evan by a friend. I went in and had an initial consultation. He worked me through a thorough investigation and told me what was happening in detail, then started working on me. Immediately I knew I'd be ok. As it was my first time, he made sure I was comfortable and that I knew what to expect as he adjusted, massaged, and realigned. I have booked more appointments with him.I was very impressed and definitely, without a doubt, feel a positive difference after just my first appointment. Dr. Orion Katayama was a great chiropractor and physiotherapist. He took the time to really understand and treat my situation.Also provided great general weightlifting and dieting tips.He was extremely professional, yet chill and friendly.10/10 would recommend Dr. Orion Katayama.

Saw Dr. Orion Katayama for my shoulder issue from volleyball. Been having this issue for many years until I decided to finally address it and boy was I happy with Dr. Katayama. He was super professional, knowledgeable, experienced with variety of shoulder issues, and patient with me. He diagnosed me accurately, treated the shoulder, and educated me on how to prevent future shoulder pain. I strongly recommend him if you're looking for a solid Chiropractor!

Started going to Apex 3 months ago for an elbow problem that had been hindering me for a long time. The physiotherapist and chiropractor have done a great job. My elbow and posture are much improved. They are also happy to answer all my questions and help me by explaining how to improve my overall wellness outside of the clinic. Friendly and welcoming staff, great customer service, highly recommended.

Best staff and customer service.In my time with APEX I have had work done with Manny, Jimmy, Sophia,Marco, & Tim. I have amazing experiences right across the board.I have gotten most of my work done with Sophia, Jimmy & Manny, and all of them have given me every bit resource to stay healthy and efficient.They are friendly and allow me to ask all the questions that I may have and are able to explain that to me in a way that I am able to understand and apply to my every day life. This is a great place for physiotherapy and the overall rehabilitation mentality. The facility is well kept, modern and clean and the staff is always pleasant.Jimmy is a wonderful physiotherapist who takes the time and care to explain things to his patients while doing a great job on the actual physical therapy side of things.He along with Marco and the friendly front desk staff make going to Apex Optimal Performance a pleasure every time I visit.

Each and every time my family of athletes comes in for treatment we are provided with a consistent comprehensive care. Along with treatments we are given exercises and stretches to help alleviate any issues we have. We are thankful for the professional and extremely knowledgeable staff at APEX. Jimmy, Marco, Jason and Manny listen to issues and are able to pin point the exact solutions and remedies. They are beyond optimal at what they do. Highly recommended. BTW they also have the Athletic Matrix right beside them where athletes can attend training with Reid Hall and Melissa! You all rock!

The team at APEX is AMAZING! I started going here after an ACL reconstruction surgery and I am extremely impressed by their knowledge and skills. In the immediate post op period, I was having difficulty climbing stairs. This clinic is on the first floor which made it a lot easier to attend sessions. They take the time to thoroughly review your problem area but they also use a holistic approach to better your overall health. I have been working mainly with Rohit (Physiotherapist) and he is the best of the best. I would 100% recommend APEX to anyone looking for a stellar extended health team.
