Merci pour votre visite et votre équipe vraiment sympathique et professionnel..J’ai constaté avec eux que ce n’est pas évident de régler un problème de pente sur un toit plat. Le problème devait être existant mais avec le gravier on pouvait probablement moins le voir. Il devait ya avoir plus de gravier à cet endroit. Avec une membrane TPO on ne peut tricher. On a expérimenté une solution en rajoutant un isolant pour éviter que trop d’eau stagne sur le toit. La situation semble être améliorée, Il faudra voir avec le temps. Mais on m'a assuré que ce n'était pas très préoccupant.

The roof was replaced in 2016, but since July 2019, I began to made complains about the problems of water accumulation on the roof, roof deformation, leaks of indoor ceiling and I provided inspection report to the contracter. On November 2nd, 2019, we carried out a roof inspection again and found that the roof water area exceeded 6㎡, the water depth was more than 1 cm, and the water outfall was not the lowest point of the roof, which was significantly higher than the surrounding area. I sent follow up email with attached photos which showed the details of problem. We again asked the contracted to arrange the treatment plan and make substantial action for this problem as soon as possible. But the contracter didn't resolve the problems. This year, I sent follow up email again, but I still didn't get any reply.The existence of these problems is very unreasonable and extremely dangerous. The roof is still in warranty, but the contracter didn't answer our concerns and there is no any solution to solve the problems.
